font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Le glas du retour \u00e0 la politique d\u2019aust\u00e9rit\u00e9 a sonn\u00e9&nbsp;!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">1,8% c\u2019est le budget global que la Direction entend consacrer \u00e0 la revalorisation du pouvoir d\u2019achat des personnels, on est loin des 3% de l\u2019an dernier&nbsp;!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Pour motiver sa position elle fait valoir les arguments principaux qui suivent&nbsp;:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">-l\u2019inflation a fortement ralenti depuis le d\u00e9but de l\u2019ann\u00e9e<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">-l\u2019entreprise n\u2019a pas eu recours au ch\u00f4mage partiel pendant la crise sanitaire (mais comment cela pourrait exister avec un effectif France qui compte 40% de fonctionnaires&nbsp;?)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">-la crise \u00e9conomique qui va suivre cet \u00e9pisode sanitaire justifierait le principe de pr\u00e9caution d\u2019une politique salariale mod\u00e9r\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Le retour \u00e0 l\u2019aust\u00e9rit\u00e9 est accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019un changement de m\u00e9thode de n\u00e9gociation puisque par le pass\u00e9 la n\u00e9gociation a toujours pris en r\u00e9f\u00e9rence les r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019exercice pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent ainsi que l\u2019inflation sur la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode&nbsp;: les r\u00e9sultats 2019 sont tr\u00e8s bons et l\u2019inflation a \u00e9t\u00e9 de 1,4%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Le d\u00e9calage du calendrier de la n\u00e9gociation (habituellement elle se tient de fin f\u00e9vrier \u00e0 d\u00e9but avril) permet en quelque sorte \u00e0 la Direction d\u2019anticiper une crise \u00e9conomique qui viendra s\u00fbrement mais qui nous impactera plus faiblement \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que nous avons pu constater que la productivit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e pendant la p\u00e9riode de confinement et que notre Pr\u00e9sident a salu\u00e9 notre r\u00e9silience importante (sans parler des \u00e9conomies importantes qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9es).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Mais comment expliquer que l\u2019effort demand\u00e9 aux salari\u00e9s soit plus important que celui demand\u00e9 aux actionnaires (baisse du dividende de 28%)&nbsp;: pourquoi sacrifier le pouvoir d\u2019achat&nbsp;?!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Ce changement de m\u00e9thode et de paradigmes a indign\u00e9 l\u2019ensemble des organisations syndicales qui ont \u00e9crit \u00e0 St\u00e9phane RICHARD , nous sommes toujours en attente de sa r\u00e9ponse.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: medium;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Il reste encore deux r\u00e9unions pour faire bouger les lignes, la derni\u00e8re s\u00e9ance devant se tenir le 2 juillet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Nos revendications essentielles portent sur les points suivants&nbsp;:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">-une augmentation collective significative qui doit refl\u00e9ter le partage des bons r\u00e9sultats 2019 et exprimer la solidarit\u00e9 avec les personnels qui ont permis de traverser cette crise sanitaire de fa\u00e7on exemplaire sur le plan professionnel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Cette enveloppe devra \u00eatre compartiment\u00e9e et ne pas \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 un budget plus large portant aussi les augmentations individuelles comme ce fut le cas auparavant&nbsp;: de cette fa\u00e7on, il est plus facile de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 des r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrages lorsque c\u2019est n\u00e9cessaire, la structure des r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations n\u2019\u00e9tant pas identique dans tous les p\u00e9rim\u00e8tres.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">-un budget d\u2019augmentation individuelle parce que chacun ne participe pas de la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on \u00e0 la production des r\u00e9sultats.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">-un budget de mesures sp\u00e9cifiques et de reconnaissance permettant de corriger des situations individuelles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;
