Ce qui est tr\u00e8s signifiant pour vos \u00e9lus. Or nous savons que de nombreux salari\u00e9s ont \u00e9mis plusieurs r\u00e9serves et insatisfactions sur la mani\u00e8re dont leurs comp\u00e9tences ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">A notre remarque, La Direction a r\u00e9pondu que l\u2019ARCQ n\u2019\u00e9tait que la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape du Plan de D\u00e9veloppement Individuel, PDI, et que le meilleur est \u00e0 venir&nbsp;! Vos \u00e9lus en doutent\u2026 Si le d\u00e9ploiement du PDI est \u00e0 l\u2019image de celui de l\u2019ARCQ, rappelez-vous dont l\u2019objectif premier \u00e9tait la valorisation des collaborateurs, l\u2019inqui\u00e9tude de vos \u00e9lus est bien l\u00e9gitime\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Toujours pour accompagner l\u2019\u00e9volution des comp\u00e9tences et le changement<span style=\"mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';\"> de m\u00e9tiers<\/span>, la Direction a recours \u00e0 la formation. Jusque-l\u00e0, ce choix parait sens\u00e9. Sont-elles pr\u00e9vues&nbsp;? Et si oui, quelles sont-elles&nbsp;?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Et pour les managers, sont-ils les bons interlocuteurs pour accompagner leurs collaborateurs sur de nouveaux m\u00e9tiers&nbsp;? Les connaissent-ils&nbsp;? Seront-ils eux aussi accompagn\u00e9s et par qui&nbsp;? Les managers ont suffisamment \u00e9t\u00e9 sollicit\u00e9s pendant la p\u00e9riode de crise sanitaire. Quelles aides la Direction a-t-elle pr\u00e9vues pour les soulager&nbsp;? Autant de questions laiss\u00e9es sans r\u00e9ponse par la Direction en s\u00e9ance&nbsp;!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Dans la vision de la Direction, le salari\u00e9 doit \u00eatre l\u2019acteur principal responsable de son \u00e9volution professionnelle&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;\u00e0 chacun de bien maintenir son<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>employabilit\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Or, en r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 l\u2019article de<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>Loi L6321-1, vos \u00e9lus CFE-CGC Orange ont rappel\u00e9 en s\u00e9ance que c\u2019est bien \u00e0 l\u2019employeur de porter la responsabilit\u00e9 du d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences&nbsp;et non, au salari\u00e9, \u00ab\u00a0l&#8217;employeur assure l&rsquo;adaptation des salari\u00e9s \u00e0 leur poste de travail. Il veille au maintien de leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 occuper un emploi, au regard notamment de l&rsquo;\u00e9volution des emplois, des technologies et des organisations. Il peut proposer des formations qui participent au d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences\u2026\u00bb.
