Ledit acte juridique, qui met en place des garanties au sein d\u2019une entreprise, et l\u2019accord de branche (s\u2019il existe) en mati\u00e8re de frais de sant\u00e9 doivent \u00eatre tous les deux conformes au cahier des charges du \u00ab 100 % sant\u00e9 \u00bb.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">C\u2019est cette seule n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de conformit\u00e9 qui a conduit l\u2019entreprise \u00e0 nous soumettre 2 avenants concernant le 100% sant\u00e9, sans se saisir de l\u2019occasion pour acc\u00e9der \u00e0 nos revendications, sans retravailler le fond de l\u2019accord.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">La CFE-CGC n\u2019est pas signataires de l\u2019accord initial du 27 f\u00e9vrier 2001 car \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque la Direction n\u2019avait pas lanc\u00e9 d\u2019appel d\u2019offres sur la mutuelle sant\u00e9 et la pr\u00e9voyance ;
