Ces postes pourraient \u00eatre pourvus en interne \u00e0 condition d\u2019avoir une politique pr\u00e9visionnelle de l\u2019emploi et de gestion des comp\u00e9tences et de formation ad\u00e9quate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>De nombreux salari\u00e9s ne comprennent pas que l\u2019entreprise ne favorise pas la mont\u00e9e en comp\u00e9tences et l\u2019accompagnement vers les m\u00e9tiers de demain.
