La r\u00e9partition des alternants sur le territoire suit celle des CDI actifs par bassin d\u2019emploi\u2026<span style=\"mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;\"> quid sur la couverture nationale de SCE et plus largement de l\u2019am\u00e9nagement du territoire&nbsp;?<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Sur la transformation en CDI et CDD, c\u2019est au total 40 ex-alternants arriv\u00e9s \u00e0 la fin de leur contrat en 2019 qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 recrut\u00e9s sur les 201, 11 CDI recrut\u00e9s au sein de SCE sur 2019. <span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">15 ex-alternants de SCE ont \u00e9t\u00e9 recrut\u00e9s au sein de SCE : 7 en CDD et 8 en CDI, <span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">3 ex-alternants qui venaient de DO ont \u00e9t\u00e9 recrut\u00e9s en CDI \u00e0 SCE et <span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">22 ex-alternants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 recrut\u00e9s en CDI dans d\u2019autres divisions.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 6pt 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Sur le taux de f\u00e9minisation, il est de 36,4% pour les recrutements en CDI (versus 10% en 2018) et de 71,4% pour les recrutements en CDD (versus 60% en 2018).<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"margin: 12pt 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext; font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi; mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">SCE&nbsp;: le mauvais \u00e9l\u00e8ve d\u2019Orange avec 6 points d\u2019\u00e9cart sur l\u2019objectif du Groupe pour les contrats de professionnalisation.<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 6pt; text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">On note une diminution des contrats de professionnalisation qui repr\u00e9sentent 14,9% du total des alternants fin 2019, <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">soit une baisse de 14 % entre 2018 et 2019<\/b> alors que la <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">consigne du Groupe<\/b> est de maintenir un taux autour de <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">20%<\/b> de contrats de professionnalisation pour Orange SA.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;\"><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Sur le handicap, triste bilan 2018&nbsp;!<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Sur les 11 alternants en situation de handicap, aucun recrutement n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en CDI et 1 seul en CDD, ce qui est tr\u00e8s peu&nbsp;! SCE reste le parent pauvre d\u2019Orange SA en terme d\u2019embauche de salari\u00e9s en situation de handicap. Nous nous contentons dans une population vieillissante de d\u00e9nombrer les personnes dans nos rangs qui le deviennent par accident de la vie. Quel cynisme. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;\"><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Sur le taux de f\u00e9minisation, c\u2019est le m\u00eame topo&nbsp;!<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Le taux de f\u00e9minisation des alternants est de 40 %, en d\u00e9croissance par rapport \u00e0 fin 2018 (42%). N<span style=\"mso-no-proof: yes;\">ous constatons&nbsp;\u00e9galement un recours moindre aux contrats de professionnalisation, un type d\u2019alternance qui est plus largement f\u00e9minis\u00e9. <span style=\"mso-no-proof: yes;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Les belles paroles sur les actions de groupe ne survivent pas \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de SCE. Pire, la Direction a pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 d\u00e9localiser des emplois \u00e0 l\u2019Ile Maurice qu\u2019embaucher d\u00e9finitivement les int\u00e9rimaires (principalement des femmes) qui ont apport\u00e9 un renfort \u00e0 Lanester pendant la fin de vie de certains produits r\u00e9seaux.
