L\u2019article cite notamment l\u2019exemple d\u2019Orange&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Avec un premier accord sur le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail sign\u00e9 en 2009, Orange a un certain \u00ab&nbsp;recul&nbsp;\u00bb sur le sujet, explique \u00e0 l&rsquo;AFP Martine Bordonn\u00e9, directrice T\u00e9l\u00e9travail et Nomadisme du groupe.<\/p>\n<p>En France, avant le Covid, 36 000 salari\u00e9s (environ 39% des effectifs \u00e9ligibles) b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaient r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement ou occasionnellement, sur la base du volontariat et via un avenant au contrat de travail, de trois jours de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail maximum par semaine.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis le 1er septembre, ce r\u00e9gime est maintenu mais \u00ab&nbsp;une mesure de \u00ab\u00a0t\u00e9l\u00e9travail \u00e9largi\u00a0\u00bb permet aux salari\u00e9s qui ne l&rsquo;avaient pas exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 et \u00e0 ceux qui ne t\u00e9l\u00e9travaillaient qu&rsquo;une demi-journ\u00e9e ou un jour par semaine, de le faire jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 deux jours par semaine&nbsp;\u00bb, selon Mme Bordonn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;C&rsquo;est un \u00e9quilibre \u00e0 trouver entre l&rsquo;apprentissage individuel et le travail des managers, garants de la coh\u00e9sion des \u00e9quipes&nbsp;\u00bb, souligne la directrice.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Plus d\u2019informations dans <a href=\"https:\/\/www.latribune.fr\/economie\/france\/coup-de-frein-sur-le-teletravail-856709.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">La Tribune<\/a> \u2013 Estelle Peard et Sandra Biffot-Lacut \u2013 09\/09\/2020<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans une tribune publi\u00e9e dans The Conversation, Caroline Diard, professeur associ\u00e9 d\u2019EDC Paris Business School, s\u2019interroge sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de mettre en place un nouvel accord syndicat-patronat sur le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, concluant par l\u2019affirmative&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>(\u2026) Notre recherche souligne bien l\u2019importance de pr\u00e9voir les conditions d\u2019exercice du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail dans le champ de la n\u00e9gociation collective.
