L\u2019organisation, \u00e0 travers le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, semble prise en otage. Elle devient l\u2019objet de conflits entre les collaborateurs et leur hi\u00e9rarchie. Certains m\u00e9dias parlent notamment de la fa\u00e7on de \u00ab&nbsp;bien n\u00e9gocier&nbsp;\u00bb le travail \u00e0 distance, comme s\u2019il s\u2019agissait d\u2019une \u00ab&nbsp;r\u00e9compense&nbsp;\u00bb. Le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail devrait, afin d\u2019\u00eatre une vraie r\u00e9ussite, \u00eatre une partie de l\u2019organisation, mais on en fait l\u2019unique question.<\/p>\n<p>Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne est r\u00e9v\u00e9lateur d\u2019une perte de sens de l\u2019organisation du travail : elle est normalement l\u00e0 pour apporter de la valeur au collectif de travail. Mais ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, nous avons assist\u00e9 \u00e0 une d\u00e9rive : au lieu de profiter aux \u00e9quipes, l\u2019organisation a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le co\u00fbt du travail. Et actuellement, au lieu de raisonner en terme d\u2019organisation, on raisonne toujours par le petit bout de la lorgnette ; on ne regarde plus les choses qu\u2019\u00e0 travers le prisme du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail.
