{"id":14897,"date":"2020-09-24T15:34:26","date_gmt":"2020-09-24T15:34:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/?p=14897"},"modified":"2020-09-24T15:34:26","modified_gmt":"2020-09-24T15:34:26","slug":"l-essentiel-du-cse-fs-f-des-23-et-24-septembre-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/index.php\/2020\/09\/24\/l-essentiel-du-cse-fs-f-des-23-et-24-septembre-2020\/","title":{"rendered":"L&rsquo;essentiel du CSE FS&#038;F des 23 et 24 septembre 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Au sommaire de ces deux journ\u00e9es<\/h3>\n<h4>R\u00e9solution inter OS&#8230;<\/h4>\n<p>Le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail \u00e9largi et assoupli y est fortement sollicit\u00e9 !<\/p>\n<h4>Immobilier : PSDI, Bridge, b\u00e2timent Central Park&#8230;&nbsp;<\/h4>\n<p>La CFE-CGC Orange suit de tr\u00e8s pr\u00e8s l\u2019ensemble des nombreux projets immobiliers au sein de l\u2019Entreprise ; parce que le bureau ne doit pas s\u2019effacer au profit du travail \u00e0 domicile, la CFE-CGC Orange propose, au-del\u00e0 de revoir la conception des b\u00e2timents des futurs projets immobiliers, de toujours s\u2019interroger sur les raisons et l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019esprit qui motivent l\u2019acceptation de son lieu de travail, et sur ce qui peut \u00eatre fait pour satisfaire et retenir ses personnels, comme pour attirer et conserver les talents, jeunes et moins jeunes\u2026<\/p>\n<h4>Politique emploi et condition de travail : handicap, et bilan alternance\u2026<\/h4>\n<p>Pour la CFE-CGC Orange, l\u2019accueil des jeunes, apprentis, stagiaires, CDI ou CDD, est primordial en termes de responsabiliit\u00e9 soci\u00e9tale d\u2019Orange, et parce que&nbsp; les jeunes sont des vecteurs de d\u00e9veloppement pour les ma\u00eetres d\u2019apprentissage comme pour les \u00e9quipes qui les entourent.<\/p>\n<h4>CSPCF : mutualisation des activit\u00e9s comptabilit\u00e9 filiales et Orange SA<\/h4>\n<p>Si ce projet valorise bien le m\u00e9tier de Comptable \u00e0 Orange SA, les \u00e9lus souhaitent s\u2019assurer de l\u2019int\u00e9gration de tous les salari\u00e9s concern\u00e9s, de l\u2019\u00e9quation de l\u2019emploi et des garanties de qualit\u00e9 de service&nbsp; pour les filiales et Orange SA.
