La direction affirme qu&rsquo;elle n&rsquo;a jamais impos\u00e9 des jours de pr\u00e9sence sur site. Dans la pratique nous constations l\u2019inverse avec des avenants non valid\u00e9s et un retour sur site impos\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Concernant le nombre de jours de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail pendant la p\u00e9riode actuelle en Ile de France, l\u2019entreprise se contente de suivre les directives du pr\u00e9fet, mais la communication ne suite pas.<\/p>\n<h4>Analyse de la CFE-CGC<\/h4>\n<p>Comme pour le Covid, il nous semble de plus en plus \u00e9vident que ceux qui prennent les d\u00e9cisions au sein de la direction sont compl\u00e9tement d\u00e9connect\u00e9s de la vie r\u00e9elle.
