La vigilance est de rigueur quant au maintien de l\u2019emploi et de la prise en compte du handicap du recrutement au d\u00e9part en retraite des personnes en situation de handicap.<\/p>\n<p>La seconde s\u00e9ance de n\u00e9gociations s\u2019annon\u00e7ait tumultueuse, la direction envoyant un document tardivement lequel \u00e9vin\u00e7ait les demandes des organisations syndicales qui semblaient valid\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Les organisations syndicales, inqui\u00e8tes de la tournure de cette n\u00e9gociation, ont r\u00e9it\u00e9r\u00e9 leurs demandes \u00e0 travers une <a href=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/article_intersyndicale-20201001.pdf\" class=\"wf_file\">d\u00e9claration<\/a> commune.<\/p>\n<p>La direction a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9, sans l\u2019envoyer au pr\u00e9alable, un bilan synth\u00e9tique de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2020 au 31 juillet. Le nombre de recrutements de personnes en situation de handicap de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2020 est dans la lign\u00e9e des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, avec seulement 5 CDI au 31 juillet (taux inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 3%).<\/p>\n<p>La CFE-CGC a r\u00e9it\u00e9r\u00e9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de donner un vrai r\u00f4le aux correspondants handicap et de donner la possibilit\u00e9 aux personnes en situation de handicap de se manifester aupr\u00e8s de la Mission Insertion Handicap d\u2019un besoin de compensation afin d\u2019\u00e9viter tout blocage local. Des propositions concr\u00e8tes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9mises aupr\u00e8s de la direction.
