{"id":15190,"date":"2020-10-29T13:29:26","date_gmt":"2020-10-29T13:29:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/?p=15190"},"modified":"2020-10-29T13:29:26","modified_gmt":"2020-10-29T13:29:26","slug":"csee-tgi-d-octobre-transfert-des-activites-tgi-ols-cis-de-maitrise-d-oeuvre-du-systeme-d-information-des-fonctions-support","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/index.php\/2020\/10\/29\/csee-tgi-d-octobre-transfert-des-activites-tgi-ols-cis-de-maitrise-d-oeuvre-du-systeme-d-information-des-fonctions-support\/","title":{"rendered":"CSEE TGI d&rsquo;octobre : Transfert des activit\u00e9s TGI\/OLS\/CIS de maitrise d\u2019oeuvre du syst\u00e8me d\u2019information des fonctions support"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Si la direction a pris le temps de consulter le personnel pendant une ann\u00e9e, il reste tout de m\u00eame<strong> bien des incertitudes sur ce projet de transformation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La CFE-CGC prend acte de la volont\u00e9 de la direction d\u2019int\u00e9grer 2\/3 des salari\u00e9s de CIS au sein des entit\u00e9s m\u00e9tiers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Pour la CFE-CGC, ce projet a du sens, puisque<strong> rapprocher la maitrise d\u2019\u0153uvre et la maitrise d\u2019ouvrage favorisera les synergies de travail. <\/strong>Cependant&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<p>La CFE-CGC a alert\u00e9 la direction sur les risques suivants&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Evolution des activit\u00e9s dans le temps remettant en cause les m\u00e9tiers actuels ainsi que l\u2019ARCQ mise en place pour les salari\u00e9s de l\u2019entit\u00e9 c\u00e9dante.<\/li>\n<li>Charge de travail cons\u00e9quente, notamment dans les m\u00e9tiers o\u00f9 les AT sont tr\u00e8s employ\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>Perte d\u2019autonomie<\/li>\n<li>Mobilit\u00e9 g\u00e9ographique<\/li>\n<li>Perte de rep\u00e8res<\/li>\n<li>Dissolution des \u00e9quipes int\u00e9gr\u00e9es actuelles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Forte de tous ces risques \u00e9voqu\u00e9s, la CFE-CGC demande <strong>un bilan \u00e0 6 mois<\/strong> de cette transformation, d\u2019autre part, la CFE-CGC souhaite qu\u2019une commission de suivi au sein du CSEE TGI soit mise en place pour le 1\/3 des salari\u00e9s restant \u00e0 TGI.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>A l&rsquo;issue de la pr\u00e9sentation, une r\u00e9solution unanime a \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9e :<\/strong><\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Les \u00e9lus du CSEE TGI, r\u00e9unis en s\u00e9ance le 30 octobre 2020 consid\u00e8rent que le \u00ab&nbsp;projet d\u2019\u00e9volution des activit\u00e9s TGI\/OLS\/CIS de ma\u00eetrise d\u2019\u0153uvre du syst\u00e8me d\u2019information des fonctions Support Groupe, vers les divisions Finance et Performance Groupe, Secr\u00e9tariat G\u00e9n\u00e9ral et Ressources Humaines Groupe&nbsp;\u00bb, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 ce jour, concerne deux \u00e9tablissements distincts (\u00e0 savoir FSF et TGI) et que <strong>cette r\u00e9organisation n\u00e9cessite d\u2019\u00eatre replac\u00e9e dans un contexte plus global de transformation de l\u2019entreprise.<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>C\u2019est pourquoi ils demandent que ce dossier soit pr\u00e9alablement pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 au <strong>CSEC<\/strong>, dans le cadre d\u2019une <strong>pr\u00e9sentation de la strat\u00e9gie d\u2019\u00e9volution des activit\u00e9s des p\u00e9rim\u00e8tres Fonctions Supports et TGI, i<\/strong>ncluant notamment les cons\u00e9quences \u00e9conomiques, ainsi que les impacts en mati\u00e8re d\u2019emploi et comp\u00e9tence.<\/em><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Si la direction a pris le temps de consulter le personnel pendant une ann\u00e9e, il reste tout de m\u00eame bien des incertitudes sur ce projet de transformation.
