La formation \u00e0 distance prend le pas sur les formations plus traditionnelles suivies en pr\u00e9sentiel. <span style=\"mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Or, ces formations digitales n\u00e9cessitent un accompagnement des collaborateurs et des managers afin d\u2019\u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans l\u2019activit\u00e9 quotidienne et la charge du travail du salari\u00e9. <span style=\"mso-fareast-language: FR; mso-no-proof: yes;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">D\u2019autre part, le collaborateur devient l\u2019acteur principal du d\u00e9veloppement de ses comp\u00e9tences, accompagn\u00e9 certes de son manager. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"mso-fareast-language: FR; mso-no-proof: yes;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Vos \u00e9lus CFE-CGC Orange refusent cet \u00e9tat de faits pour plusieurs raisons&nbsp;:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"mso-fareast-language: FR; mso-no-proof: yes;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"mso-fareast-language: FR; mso-no-proof: yes;\">Faire du salari\u00e9 l\u2019acteur principal de son d\u00e9velopement de comp\u00e9tences est contraire au droit du travail. Vos \u00e9lus ont rappel\u00e9 \u00e0 la Direction que le Code du <\/span>travail indique clairement que la responsabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9volution des comp\u00e9tences revient \u00e0 l\u2019employeur et non au salari\u00e9. L\u2019employeur est LE responsable vis-\u00e0-vis de la loi ! (Article de loi, <strong>Loi L6321-1<\/strong>).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">De plus, mettre les managers au c\u0153ur de tous les sujets, de toutes les transformations, de toutes les r\u00e9 organisations, demande \u00e0 ceux-ci d\u2019\u00eatre des super h\u00e9ros du quotidien de leur \u00e9quipe.
