Les r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019\u00e9tude de Cadremploi montrent globalement que non. Les cadres manag\u00e9s sont m\u00eame plut\u00f4t s\u00e9v\u00e8res envers leur manager.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 manager, 30 % d\u2019entre eux ont l\u2019impression de communiquer davantage avec leur \u00e9quipe depuis la premi\u00e8re p\u00e9riode de confinement.&nbsp; Et pourtant, 45% des manag\u00e9s ont exactement le sentiment inverse. 63% des manag\u00e9s s\u2019estiment insatisfaits de leur relation avec leur N+1, 32% pointent m\u00eame un changement n\u00e9gatif chez leurs responsables depuis mars dernier et 30% les jugent d\u00e9pass\u00e9s par la situation.
