La formation par alternance vise de multiples objectifs. Pour le jeune&nbsp;: l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une formation d\u00e9bouchant sur un dipl\u00f4me ou une qualification, percevoir une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration et acqu\u00e9rir une exp\u00e9rience professionnelle reconnue. Pour l\u2019entreprise, c\u2019est la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019accueillir dans ses \u00e9quipes de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences, de nouveaux professionnels, de les former, de rechercher des candidats potentiels pour de futurs recrutements. L\u2019alternant est suivi sur toute la dur\u00e9e de son contrat par son tuteur en entreprise et son tuteur p\u00e9dagogique. En 2019, 69 nouveaux contrats d\u2019apprentissage ont \u00e9t\u00e9 conclus (+9 par rapport \u00e0 2018). 92 apprentis de 18 \u00e0 31 ans ont \u00e9t\u00e9 form\u00e9s dont 57,6% de femmes. 81,52 % pr\u00e9parent un dipl\u00f4me de Niveau I, soit bac + 5. 8 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 recrut\u00e9s en CDD, 4 en CDI, tous en Bande E. 32 nouveaux Contrats Pro ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9s, (- 8 par rapport \u00e0 2018). Le taux de f\u00e9minisation s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 81%. 71,88 % pr\u00e9parent un dipl\u00f4me de Niveau I, soit bac + 5. Ce cursus a d\u00e9bouch\u00e9 sur quelques recrutements : 1 CDI &amp;&nbsp; 5 CDD.<\/p>\n<h4>Analyse de la CFE-CGC<\/h4>\n<p>Nous pr\u00e9conisons l\u2019augmentation du nombre d\u2019alternants vu que ce mode de formation est reconnu comme \u00e9tant tr\u00e8s efficace. Il serait \u00e9galement souhaitable d\u2019en recruter davantage \u00e0 l\u2019issue de l\u2019alternance et ainsi capitaliser sur les comp\u00e9tences acquises durant leur formation dans notre entreprise.
