{"id":15336,"date":"2020-11-10T10:02:44","date_gmt":"2020-11-10T10:02:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/?p=15336"},"modified":"2020-11-10T10:02:44","modified_gmt":"2020-11-10T10:02:44","slug":"egalite-professionnelle-internationale-la-direction-du-groupe-orange-se-decerne-un-satisfecit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/index.php\/2020\/11\/10\/egalite-professionnelle-internationale-la-direction-du-groupe-orange-se-decerne-un-satisfecit\/","title":{"rendered":"Egalit\u00e9 professionnelle internationale: la Direction du Groupe Orange se d\u00e9cerne un confortable satisfecit d&rsquo;image"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[<em>French version here\/English version below<\/em>]<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre du Comit\u00e9 de Groupe Monde d&rsquo;Orange des 3, 4 et 5 novembre 2020 par t\u00e9l\u00e9conf\u00e9rence, la Direction du Groupe a inscrit un point \u00e0 l&rsquo;ordre du jour relatif au suivi du d\u00e9ploiement de l&rsquo;accord mondial \u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle femmes-hommes pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par Delphine Pouponneau, Directrice de la Diversit\u00e9 et Inclusion Groupe, et Marie-Dominique Leclere, Directrice Egalit\u00e9 Professionnelle Groupe.<\/p>\n<p>Cet accord a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9 le 17 juillet 2019 entre la Direction du Groupe Orange et UNI Global Union, f\u00e9d\u00e9ration syndicale internationale cr\u00e9\u00e9e en janvier 2000, et d\u00e9sign\u00e9e par la Direction du Groupe Orange comme l&rsquo;un des interlocuteurs de n\u00e9gociation d&rsquo;accords internationaux, via sa d\u00e9clinaison Alliance Syndicale Mondiale UNI France T\u00e9l\u00e9com (pr\u00e9ambule de l&rsquo;accord constitutif du Comit\u00e9 de Groupe Monde du 23 juin 2010), avec les organisations syndicales affili\u00e9es (dont la CFDT, la CGT et FO pour la France).<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;objectif de l&rsquo;accord vise \u00e0 d\u00e9finir un cadre commun d&rsquo;action \u00e0 adapter au niveau de chaque pays, \u00e0 encourager une d\u00e9marche participative impliquant tous les acteurs, \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper un dialogue social innovant avec la cr\u00e9ation de comit\u00e9s locaux d\u00e9di\u00e9s, \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un r\u00e9seau de correspondants dans les filiales, et enfin \u00e0 effectuer un \u00e9tat des lieux et \u00e9laborer des plans d&rsquo;actions locaux.<\/p>\n<p>La pr\u00e9sentation passe en revue l&rsquo;ensemble des principaux volets de l&rsquo;accord en rappelant d&rsquo;une part les objectifs poursuivis et d&rsquo;autre part les moyens mis en oeuvre. La Direction indique un certain nombre de th\u00e9matiques clefs li\u00e9s \u00e0 la d\u00e9clinaison de l&rsquo;accord, dont notamment:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la mixit\u00e9 hommes-femmes dans tous les m\u00e9tiers<\/li>\n<li>l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;\u00e9volution professionnelle<\/li>\n<li>l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale entre les femmes et les hommes<\/li>\n<li>l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre entre la vie professionnelle et la vie personnelle<\/li>\n<li>la lutte contre les discriminations<\/li>\n<li>la lutte contre le sexisme, le harc\u00e8lement et les violences<\/li>\n<li>la conduite d&rsquo;actions de sensibilisation et de communication<\/li>\n<li>l&rsquo;implication des fournisseurs et des sous-traitants<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L&rsquo;accord est en cours de d\u00e9ploiement sur la plupart des g\u00e9ographies o\u00f9 le Groupe Orange est pr\u00e9sent:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>En Europe (Belgique, Espagne, Luxembourg, Moldavie, Pologne, Roumanie, Royaume-Uni et Slovaquie)<\/li>\n<li>dans les pays d&rsquo;Orange Business Services (Br\u00e9sil, Egypte, Inde, Maurice, Russie, Royaume-Uni, Slovaquie, USA)<\/li>\n<li>en zone Middle-East &amp; Africa (Egypte, Guin\u00e9e, Jordanie, Maroc)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Suivent un grand nombre de diapositives pr\u00e9sentant l&rsquo;ensemble des op\u00e9rations de communication interne et externe orchestr\u00e9es par le Groupe, de la publication sur son intranet, l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration de newsletter Leaders et RH, la pr\u00e9sentation \u00e0 divers comit\u00e9s Th\u00e9odule internes, \u00e0 la Journ\u00e9e internationale des droits des femmes 2020, l&rsquo;intervention lors du Club des Partenaires de PWN (Professionnal Women&rsquo;s Network) en mai 2020, en passant par une interview dans le r\u00e9seau f\u00e9minin externe europ\u00e9en WIL (Women in Leadership), la pr\u00e9sentation de l&rsquo;accord au Comit\u00e9 Sectoriel de Dialogue Social des T\u00e9l\u00e9communications aupr\u00e8s de la Commission Europ\u00e9enne ou encore l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration de l&rsquo;accord dans le Guide des bonnes pratiques Diversit\u00e9 &amp; Inclusion r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par l&rsquo;ERT (organisation europ\u00e9enne interentreprises) en mai 2020.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Si plus d&rsquo;un quart des diapositives de la pr\u00e9sentation sont d\u00e9di\u00e9es \u00e0 la promotion des op\u00e9rations de communication interne et externe, un seul est d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux d\u00e9clinaison concr\u00e8tes de l&rsquo;accord dans les diff\u00e9rents pays, la Direction reconnaissant du bout des l\u00e8vres que l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale entre les femmes et les hommes du Groupe est loin d&rsquo;\u00eatre la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 dans toutes les g\u00e9ographies. Les membres du Comit\u00e9 de Groupe Monde regrettent l&rsquo;absence d&rsquo;actions correctrices concr\u00e8tes parmi les mesures affich\u00e9es, d\u00e9plorent l&rsquo;absence de r\u00e9ponses explicites aux questions pr\u00e9cises pos\u00e9es en s\u00e9ance, voire s&rsquo;insurgent face \u00e0 des r\u00e9ponses tout \u00e0 fait inacceptables du type \u00ab\u00a0si les salaires des femmes sont inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 ceux des hommes, c&rsquo;est parce qu&rsquo;elles occupent des postes de niveau inf\u00e9rieur&#8230;\u00a0\u00bb. Enfin, le Comit\u00e9 de Groupe Monde note l&rsquo;absence de dispositions visant \u00e0 assurer le suivi des progressions de carri\u00e8re.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>[<em>English version<\/em>]<\/p>\n<p>As part of the Orange World Group Committee meeting on November 3rd, 4th and 5th, 2020 by teleconference, the Group Management placed an item on the agenda relating to the monitoring of the deployment of the global agreement on professional equality for women and men, presented by Delphine Pouponneau, Group Director of Diversity and Inclusion, and Marie-Dominique Leclere, Group Professional Equality Director.<\/p>\n<p>This agreement was signed on July 17th, 2019 between the management of the Orange Group and UNI Global Union, an international trade union federation created in January 2000, and designated by the management of the Orange Group as one of the negotiating partners for international agreements, via its version of Alliance Syndicale Mondiale UNI France T\u00e9l\u00e9com (preamble to the founding agreement of the World Works Council of June 23rd, 2010), with affiliated union organizations (including CFDT, CGT and FO for France).<\/p>\n<p>The objective of the agreement is to define a common framework of action to be adapted to the level of each country, to encourage a participatory approach involving all stakeholders, to develop an innovative social dialogue with the creation of dedicated local committees, to create a network of correspondents in the subsidiaries, and finally to carry out an inventory and draw up local action plans.<\/p>\n<p>The presentation reviews all the main parts of the agreement, recalling on the one hand the objectives pursued and on the other hand the means implemented. Management indicates a number of key themes related to the implementation of the agreement, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>gender diversity in all professions<\/li>\n<li>equality in professional development<\/li>\n<li>equal pay between women and men<\/li>\n<li>work-life balance<\/li>\n<li>the fight against discrimination<\/li>\n<li>the fight against sexism, harassment and violence<\/li>\n<li>conducting awareness-raising and communication actions<\/li>\n<li>the involvement of suppliers and subcontractors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The agreement is being rolled out in most of the regions where the Orange Group is present:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In Europe (Belgium, Spain, Luxembourg, Moldova, Poland, Romania, United Kingdom and Slovakia)<\/li>\n<li>in Orange Business Services countries (Brazil, Egypt, India, Mauritius, Russia, United Kingdom, Slovakia, USA)<\/li>\n<li>in the Middle-East &amp; Africa zone (Egypt, Guinea, Jordan, Morocco)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is followed by a large number of slides presenting all the internal and external communication operations orchestrated by the Group, from the publication on its intranet, the development of the Leaders and HR newsletter, the presentation to various internal Theodule committees, to the International Day rights of women 2020, the intervention during the Partners&rsquo; Club of PWN (Professional Women&rsquo;s Network) in May 2020, through an interview in the external European Women&rsquo;s Network WIL (Women in Leadership), the presentation of the agreement to the Sectorial Telecommunications Social Dialogue Committee with the European Commission or the integration of the agreement into the Diversity &amp; Inclusion Guide to good practices produced by ERT (European inter-company organization) in May 2020.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If more than a quarter of the slides in the presentation are dedicated to the promotion of internal and external communication operations, only one is dedicated to the concrete variations of the agreement in the different countries, the Management acknowledging with lip service that the equal pay between women and men in the Group is far from being the reality in all geographies. The members of the World Works Council regret the absence of concrete corrective actions among the measures displayed, deplore the absence of explicit answers to the precise questions asked during the meeting, even protested in the face of completely unacceptable answers such as \u00a0\u00bb if the wages of women are lower than those of men, it is because they occupy lower level positions &#8230; \u00ab\u00a0.
