Les ann\u00e9es se suivent et se ressemblent\u2026 Nous sommes habitu\u00e9s, nous direz-vous&nbsp;! Nous avons eu droit, cette ann\u00e9e, \u00e0 une petite nouveaut\u00e9&nbsp;: le plan pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 est tourn\u00e9 essentiellement vers le digital.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;\"><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Digitalisation le ma\u00eetre mot<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Plus de 30% des formations seront dispens\u00e9es \u00e0 distance. Or, la digitalisation des formations n\u2019est pas sans cons\u00e9quences.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La dur\u00e9e des formations dispens\u00e9es \u00e0 distance se raccourcit. Il est effectivement plus difficile de rester concentr\u00e9 derri\u00e8re un \u00e9cran qu\u2019en pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">De plus, la digitalisation des formations permet d\u2019avoir un nombre plus important de salari\u00e9s derri\u00e8re l\u2019\u00e9cran et, de fait, de former d\u2019avantage de salari\u00e9s&#8230; Par effet m\u00e9canique, le taux d\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la formation est dop\u00e9, il a avoisin\u00e9 les 80% en 2021.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mais qu\u2019en est-il de la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019apprentissage re\u00e7u&nbsp;?<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>L\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la formation facilit\u00e9 par la digitalisation ne semble pas vraiment favorable au nombre d\u2019heures de formation dispens\u00e9 \u00e0 nos salari\u00e9s. Celui-ci n\u2019a cess\u00e9 de baisser depuis 2016, avec une chute vertigineuse de 27%.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">D\u2019autre part, si la formation digitale est une force dans un contexte sanitaire pand\u00e9mique, avec deux confinements successifs, ce format n\u2019est pas adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 tous les apprentissages.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Une formation \u00e0 distance ne remplacera jamais la formation en pr\u00e9sentiel lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit par exemple de former \u00e0 la prise en main d\u2019un outil lourd. Seule une formation classique sera alors adapt\u00e9e.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;\"><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pas de report des formations non dispens\u00e9es en 2020, ni du budget allou\u00e9 pour celles-ci<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 12pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Les formations en pr\u00e9sentiel initialement pr\u00e9vues cette ann\u00e9e ne seront pas report\u00e9es en 2021 et les budgets allou\u00e9s non utilis\u00e9s ne seront pas non plus r\u00e9 inject\u00e9s dans le budget de l\u2019ann\u00e9e prochaine. Lorsque les \u00e9lus CFE-CGC ont interrog\u00e9 la Direction \u00e0 ce sujet, elle a expliqu\u00e9 qu\u2019il \u00e9tait difficile de rattraper les formations non faites sans p\u00e9naliser les forces au travail\u2026 Les salari\u00e9s, allez hop, au boulot maintenant&nbsp;!<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>Comment \u00e7a&nbsp;? Vous n\u2019avez pas arr\u00eat\u00e9 de travailler, m\u00eame pendant les deux confinements&nbsp;? Vos \u00e9lus CFE-CGC ont interpell\u00e9 la Direction sur ce paradoxe&nbsp;: Comment d\u00e9tenir les comp\u00e9tences pour exercer les m\u00e9tiers de demain&nbsp;si les formations&nbsp;\u00e0 ces nouveaux m\u00e9tiers ne sont pas d\u00e9ploy\u00e9es massivement ? Pour accompagner l\u2019enrichissement de notre offre, avec de nouvelles solutions et de nouveaux produits, une \u00e9volution dans nos m\u00e9tiers sera n\u00e9cessaire.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 12pt;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Un nombre d\u2019heures moyen par salari\u00e9 de 22 heures sur les deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, permettra-t-il d\u2019apporter aux salari\u00e9s les comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires dans un environnement de plus en plus domin\u00e9 par les mutations technologiques&nbsp;: Virtualisation &amp; SDx, Cloud, Data IA, d\u00e9veloppement API, S\u00e9curit\u00e9 &amp; cyber-s\u00e9curit\u00e9\u2026 ? Vos \u00e9lus en doutent&nbsp;!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Peut-\u00eatre que la Direction a gard\u00e9 un atout dans sa manche&nbsp;? Des recrutements adapt\u00e9s avec les expertises n\u00e9cessaires pour les nouveaux m\u00e9tiers de demain&nbsp;?
