En revanche, la CGT, premier syndicat de l&rsquo;entreprise, et FO ne l&rsquo;ont pas sign&eacute;.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nLes syndicats signataires ont aussi paraph&eacute; un accord sur le fonctionnement des instances repr&eacute;sentatives du personnel, qui r&eacute;affirme leur r&ocirc;le d&rsquo;&quot;interlocuteurs essentiels de l&#8217;employeur&quot;.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nA eux quatre, ils rassemblent plus de 60% des voix des salari&eacute;s, ce qui rend ces accords valides. CFDT, FO, CFTC et Sud ont <b>par ailleurs sign&eacute; jeudi un accord sur le versement d&rsquo;un int&eacute;ressement suppl&eacute;mentaire de 600 euros par salari&eacute; au titre des r&eacute;sultats 2009.<\/b>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n&quot;Nous en sommes &agrave; sept accords sign&eacute;s depuis novembre et les six syndicats ont tous appos&eacute; leur signature &agrave; au moins l&rsquo;un d&rsquo;entre eux&quot;, s&rsquo;est f&eacute;licit&eacute; le directeur des ressources humaines du groupe, Olivier Barberot, aupr&egrave;s de l&rsquo;AFP.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nDans le cadre des n&eacute;gociations en lien avec le stress, deux accords sont encore en n&eacute;gociation, l&rsquo;un sur les conditions de travail, l&rsquo;autre sur l&rsquo;organisation du travail, que le DRH esp&egrave;re conclure &quot;au d&eacute;but de l&rsquo;&eacute;t&eacute;&quot;. &quot;Nous sommes la premi&egrave;re entreprise &agrave; n&eacute;gocier sur l&rsquo;organisation du travail&quot;, pr&eacute;rogative traditionnelle des directions, a soulign&eacute; M.
