{"id":15624,"date":"2020-12-10T14:18:15","date_gmt":"2020-12-10T14:18:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/?p=15624"},"modified":"2020-12-10T14:18:15","modified_gmt":"2020-12-10T14:18:15","slug":"csec-des-09-et-10-decembre-sommaire-projet-orange-towerco-perimetre-france-evolution-du-modele-de-service-clients-grand-public","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/index.php\/2020\/12\/10\/csec-des-09-et-10-decembre-sommaire-projet-orange-towerco-perimetre-france-evolution-du-modele-de-service-clients-grand-public\/","title":{"rendered":"CSEC des 09 et 10 d\u00e9cembre, sommaire : projet Orange TowerCo (p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre France) ; \u00e9volution du mod\u00e8le de Service Clients Grand Public"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>au sommaire de ces deux jours<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"202012109864\/economie-et-reglementation-des-telecoms\/csec-des-09-et-10-decembre-projet-orange-towerco-perimetre-france.html\"><strong>Projet Orange TowerCo (p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre France)<\/strong><\/a> : \u00ab\u00a0La Tour, prends garde\u00a0\u00bb ?<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"202012109865\/relation-client\/csec-des-09-et-10-decembre-evolution-du-modele-de-service-clients-grand-public.html\"><strong>Evolution du mod\u00e8le de Service Clients Grand Public<\/strong><\/a> : conditions de travail d\u00e9grad\u00e9es, RPS augment\u00e9s&#8230; la CFE-CGC a officiellement demand\u00e9 l\u2019ouverture d\u2019une n\u00e9gociation au niveau national avec d\u00e9clinaison locale sur les mesures d\u2019accompagnements de tous les personnels impact\u00e9s par ce projet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Et en pr\u00e9ambule un rappel de notre demande d&rsquo;obtenir le calendrier des futures n\u00e9gociations :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le 17 novembre, La CFE-CGC Orange, par mail de son D\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 Syndical Central, faisait \u00e0 la Direction People &amp; Transformation et \u00e0 celle des Relations Sociales un r\u00e9capitulatif d\u00e9taill\u00e9 des futures n\u00e9gociations \u00e0 venir, sollicitant un calendrier de ces derni\u00e8res. Sans r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 ce jour, la CFE-CGC r\u00e9it\u00e8re sa demande quant aux dates des n\u00e9gociations concernant 5 sujets :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>L\u2019\u00e9pargne salariale y compris le PERECOL (n\u00e9gociation pr\u00e9vue mi-novembre, avant les \u00e9lections, or rien n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9) ;<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>La \u00ab transformation responsable \u00bb o\u00f9 nous souhaitons \u00e9voquer la RSE (n\u00e9gociation pr\u00e9vue en octobre, alors que nous n\u2019avons rien re\u00e7u \u00e0 ce jour) ;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail ;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Notre demande officielle de r\u00e9vision de l\u2019accord sur les grands projets immobiliers dont les \u00e9l\u00e9ments, conform\u00e9ment au Code du Travail doivent \u00eatre ren\u00e9goci\u00e9s ;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>La BDES (base de donn\u00e9es \u00e9conomiques et sociales) dont la n\u00e9gociation \u00e9tait pr\u00e9vue en septembre\u2026<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le PDG d\u2019Orange parle souvent de la Qualit\u00e9 du Dialogue Social dans le Groupe.
