L\u2019objectif annonc\u00e9 de la r\u00e9organisation est principalement de soulager les conseillers en boutiques pour 6% de leur temps.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9organisation pr\u00e9voit la cr\u00e9ation&nbsp;d\u2019une Direction de l\u2019outillage et l\u2019\u00e9volution des directions&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Formation et Culture Clients,<\/li>\n<li>Strat\u00e9gie Op\u00e9rationnelle Performance et Actions Commerciales, Services Clients,<\/li>\n<li>Porte \u00e0 Porte et Revendeurs, et<\/li>\n<li>Canaux Physiques<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ainsi que la fermeture d\u2019un d\u00e9partement.<\/p>\n<p>31 salari\u00e9s changent de direction et\/ou d&rsquo;\u00e9quipe,<\/p>\n<p>2 salari\u00e9s ont des impacts sur leur m\u00e9tier,<\/p>\n<p>11 salari\u00e9s perdent leur fonction de manager et un manager baisse de niveau\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>Au final ce n&rsquo;est pas moins de 25% de la population de la direction \u00a0\u00bb Retail et Directions Services Clients \u00a0\u00bb qui va connaitre des&nbsp;impacts organisationnels, op\u00e9rationnels, personnels. La mise en \u0153uvre est pr\u00e9vue pour le 1er f\u00e9vrier 2021<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Cette r\u00e9organisation a amen\u00e9 les \u00e9lus du CSE \u00e0 voter une r\u00e9solution, demandant un accompagnement sp\u00e9cifique pour les salari\u00e9s qui sortent d\u2019une r\u00e9organisation subie il y a 12 \u00e0 18 mois, et mandatant la Commission Sant\u00e9, S\u00e9curit\u00e9 et Conditions de travail Grand Public (CSSCT GP) et la Commission Projet, Economie, Evolution des March\u00e9s (PEEdM), pour analyser les impacts et accompagner ce projet d&rsquo;ajustement d&rsquo;organisation souhait\u00e9 par l&rsquo;entreprise.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Analyse de la CFE-CGC<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019entreprise a voulu faire croire que cette r\u00e9organisation \u00e9tait la cons\u00e9quence d\u2019un sondage initi\u00e9 par le CSE dans lequel il apparaissait que les salari\u00e9s ne voyaient pas le sens de ces r\u00e9organisations.
