Il est pass\u00e9 de 6.9% en 2018 \u00e0 9% en 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Le plafond de verre est toujours bien pr\u00e9sent, nous d\u00e9nombrons \u00e0 peine 1\/3 de femmes en Bande G.<\/p>\n<h4>Analyse de la CFE-CGC<\/h4>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 la parit\u00e9 atteinte, les \u00e9lus du CSEE pr\u00e9conisent une f\u00e9minisation plus importante du CODIR. En outre, l\u2019\u00e9cart salarial entre les femmes et les hommes s\u2019accentue.
