La <b>CFE\u2013CGC\/UNSA<\/b> demande un examen approfondi de ses revendications consistant \u00e0 :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; La mise en place d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de PVV qui tienne compte de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle (les personnels en temps partiel sont encore trop fortement p\u00e9nalis\u00e9s)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; L\u2019\u00e9tablissement de r\u00e8gles du jeu p\u00e9rennes, claires et lisibles<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; La remise des objectifs devra \u00eatre faite avant chaque p\u00e9riode concern\u00e9e par la PVV<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; L\u2019arr\u00eat des pressions permanentes li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019instabilit\u00e9 des objectifs<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; L\u2019arr\u00eat des r\u00e9visions des objectifs en fin de p\u00e9riode<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Le calcul des PVV est de plus en plus complexe ce qui la rend d\u00e9motivante voire stressante.<\/p>\n<p>Le calcul de PVV se doit d\u2019\u00eatre transparent et simple, avec la mise en place d\u2019un outil simple permettant un suivi quotidien de la PVV pour l\u2019ensemble des personnels \u00e9ligibles`<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; L\u2019abaissement des seuils de d\u00e9clenchement de la PVV, avec un paiement d\u00e8s le premier placement<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; L\u2019arr\u00eat des crit\u00e8res subjectifs dans la PVV.<\/p>\n<p>Les crit\u00e8res de qualit\u00e9 client doivent \u00eatre quantifiables et li\u00e9s au processus vente<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Des objectifs collectifs qui ne soient pas la somme des objectifs individuels<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; La constitution de fiches de poste d\u00e9finissant les r\u00f4les des personnels soumis \u00e0 la PVV.
