Les montants d\u2019abondement pour le PEG rel\u00e8vent d\u2019une d\u00e9cision unilat\u00e9rale, mais entrent dans les discussions.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019objectif de la CFE-CGC Orange et de l\u2019ADEAS \u00e9tait de demander une revalorisation des montants, mais aussi une r\u00e9partition de la grille permettant aux \u00e9pargnants les plus modestes de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de plus d\u2019abondement. Suivis par l\u2019ensemble des autres organisations syndicales, nous avons obtenu une revalorisation de l\u2019abondement Perco (+ 50\u20ac par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019an dernier) et une nouvelle grille de r\u00e9partition.<\/p>\n<p>Bien que la revalorisation soit tr\u00e8s insuffisante, la nouvelle grille de r\u00e9partition, plus favorable aux personnels que celle de l\u2019accord de 2006, justifiait de signer cet avenant.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le montant total de l\u2019abondement passe de 1&nbsp;100\u20ac \u00e0 1&nbsp;150\u20ac, dont b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront les personnels d\u2019Orange et les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s adh\u00e9rentes \u00e0 l\u2019accord Groupe PERCo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de l\u2019abondement maximum (1&nbsp;150 \u20ac d\u2019abondement pour 1&nbsp;000 \u20ac vers\u00e9s), il faut verser 500 \u20ac dans le PERCo + 500 \u20ac dans le PEG. Ces abondements s\u2019appliquent pour l\u2019alimentation&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-mce-word-list=\"1\"><strong>du PERCo <\/strong>par l\u2019int\u00e9ressement, la participation, et les versements volontaires, \u00e0 Orange SA et dans les filiales adh\u00e9rentes \u00e0 l\u2019accord PERCo&nbsp;(<em>liste en annexe de <a href=\"https:\/\/portailrh.sso.infra.ftgroup\/documents\/10493\/8202670\/Avenant+du+06+f%C3%A9vrier+2020+%28CFDT-F3C%2C+CFE-CGC+Orange+et+FO-COM%29+%C3%A0+l%27accord+PERCO+du+06+avril+2006\/8e05dd73-5201-470b-9f31-316337eb6480\">l\u2019avenant 2020<\/a><\/em>);<\/li>\n<li data-mce-word-list=\"1\"><strong>du PEG Orange Actions<\/strong> par l\u2019int\u00e9ressement et les versements volontaires, \u00e0 Orange SA. <em>En filiale, v\u00e9rifiez aupr\u00e8s de vos repr\u00e9sentants CFE-CGC ou sur le site Amundi si vous b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiez du m\u00eame avantage.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 5px;\">Les abondements se cumulent au fil de vos versements et sont r\u00e9troactifs \u00e0 compter du 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier 2020.
