Mod\u00e8le de vente ProPME"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Au sommaire :<\/h3>\n<p>Le CSEC du 17 mars concernant l\u2019actualisation du <a href=\"#filter=path%7C%2FCSEC%2FCSEC%25202021%252003%2520-%2520N%25B029%2520-%252017%2520mars%25202021&amp;page=1\">rapport PEC et de la strat\u00e9gie<\/a> a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 d\u2019une d\u00e9claration pr\u00e9alable portant entre autres sur&nbsp;: &nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-mce-word-list=\"1\"><strong>Orange Money<\/strong> (Lettre CFE- CGC du 9 mars 2021 ) <strong>activit\u00e9 pour laquelle nous demandons \u00e0 la Direction de suspendre le projet Rumba, <\/strong>qui vise \u00e0 compl\u00e8tement r\u00e9organiser les activit\u00e9s Orange Money, en transf\u00e9rant vers Ericsson l&rsquo;essentiel de l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 au cours des 3 prochaines ann\u00e9es, dans un mod\u00e8le de \u00ab service manag\u00e9 \u00bb enti\u00e8rement g\u00e9r\u00e9 par le fournisseur. [\u2026].<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La CFE-CGC souhaite que soient consid\u00e9r\u00e9es des alternatives permettant de d\u00e9velopper l&rsquo;autonomie et la capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;innovation des \u00e9quipes OMEA, tout en s&rsquo;appuyant sur les comp\u00e9tences et les talents des \u00e9quipes TGI qui ont construit la solution Orange Money depuis plus de 10 ans, par exemple en cr\u00e9ant un<strong> Orange Labs d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la finance et au paiement <\/strong>pour capitaliser sur l\u2019exp\u00e9rience acquise et la p\u00e9renniser et qui piloterait les fournisseurs pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de la co-innovation d\u00e9di\u00e9e au Groupe. Orange conserverait ainsi des leviers de diff\u00e9renciation, et pourrait d\u00e9cider quand vendre ou non ses innovations \u00e0 d\u2019autres.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-mce-word-list=\"1\"><strong>La prime dite MACRON&nbsp;<\/strong>pour laquelle la CFE-CGC demande \u00e0 la Direction de rapidement se positionner.<\/li>\n<li data-mce-word-list=\"1\"><strong>Les outils<\/strong>: la CFE-CGC insiste \u00e0 nouveau pour que l\u2019outil My job, notamment, fasse l\u2019objet d\u2019une information-consultation au CSE Central comme dans chacun des CSE d\u2019Etablissement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>En pr\u00e9ambule \u00e0 la s\u00e9ance du 23 mars, <\/strong>la CFE-CGC Orange a r\u00e9clam\u00e9 une NAO qui r\u00e9compense les efforts de tous les personnels pour ces ann\u00e9es 2020 et 2021 si difficiles pour beaucoup, et qui ont permis les bons r\u00e9sultats de notre Groupe.
