Cette strat\u00e9gie, bas\u00e9e sur l\u2019orchestration multiservices de communaut\u00e9s dites \u00ab m\u00e9tiers \u00bb \u00e0 forte adh\u00e9rence, permettra \u00e0 SCM de devenir l\u2019orchestrateur multi-services port\u00e9 par FBO.<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 107%; font-size: 12pt;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;\"><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"line-height: 107%; font-size: 12pt;\">Service Clients Mobile, le chef d\u2019orchestre<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Pour notre Direction, ce projet vise \u00e0 faciliter l\u2019interfonctionnement entre les communaut\u00e9s et r\u00e9pond \u00e0 l\u2019ambition strat\u00e9gique \u00ab&nbsp;Engage 20-25&nbsp;\u00bb. Il a pour objectif de regrouper les m\u00e9tiers \u00e0 forte adh\u00e9rence, de d\u00e9velopper ainsi l\u2019expertise m\u00e9tier et pr\u00e9parer les comp\u00e9tences de demain.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 107%; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;\">Aujourd\u2019hui, FBO compte cinq communaut\u00e9s m\u00e9tier : Smart Mobility Services, Service Apr\u00e8s-Vente, Delivery France, Service clients et enfin Build France International.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 6pt;\"><span style=\"line-height: 107%; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignright size-full wp-image-16471\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/orange_exe_flexibiliser.jpg\" alt=\"orange exe flexibiliser\" width=\"297\" height=\"401\" style=\"float: right;\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/orange_exe_flexibiliser.jpg 668w, https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/orange_exe_flexibiliser-223x300.jpg 223w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 297px) 100vw, 297px\" \/>A l\u2019issue du CSEE, des interrogations demeurent sur la cin\u00e9tique et le fonctionnement de ces communaut\u00e9s transversales dites \u00ab m\u00e9tiers \u00bb, ainsi que sur leur articulation avec la verticalit\u00e9 de l\u2019organisation actuelle. <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;\">La Direction affirme que l\u2019appropriation des domaines orchestr\u00e9s, la mont\u00e9e en comp\u00e9tence et la formation seront le point d\u2019orgue de ce projet\u2026<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;\">Vos \u00e9lus CFE-CGC Orange restent prudents. En effet, les r\u00e9sultats qui d\u00e9couleront de cette \u00ab&nbsp;orchestration multiservices&nbsp;\u00bb ne peuvent simplement reposer sur une question de \u00ab&nbsp;s\u00e9mantique&nbsp;\u00bb et sur le bon vouloir des salari\u00e9s&nbsp;!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;\">En particulier, la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, l\u2019autonomie, l\u2019initiative et l\u2019entraide recherch\u00e9es et demand\u00e9es aux salari\u00e9s devront \u00eatre reconnues et valoris\u00e9es \u00e0 leur juste valeur, au m\u00eame titre que les ressources allou\u00e9es par les managers de proximit\u00e9 \u00e0 ces communaut\u00e9s.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Pour vos \u00e9lus CFE-CGC Orange, la question de l\u2019arbitrage des ressources et des plans de charges devra faire l\u2019objet d\u2019une attention toute particuli\u00e8re de la part de la Direction.
