Ils contestent ainsi une politique salariale &agrave; deux vitesses qui l&eacute;serait les activit&eacute;s de services.<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\n<\/p>\n<p>\n&#8230;..&nbsp;Ils reprochent en effet &agrave; la direction de la filiale d&rsquo;Orange Business Services de ne leur accorder que 1,3% d&rsquo;augmentation en 2010, alors que les salari&eacute;s de la maison m&egrave;re, France T&eacute;l&eacute;com, b&eacute;n&eacute;ficient de 3%. A ce chiffre il faut ajouter 1%, adoss&eacute; &agrave; l&rsquo;atteinte de r&eacute;sultats jug&eacute;s irr&eacute;alistes par les syndicats.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\n<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>Selon la CFE-CGC-UNSA, cette politique d&rsquo;aust&eacute;rit&eacute; salariale s&rsquo;accompagne d&rsquo;une obstruction &agrave; la mobilit&eacute; au sein du groupe.<\/strong><strong><em> &laquo;&nbsp;Les salari&eacute;s sont la plupart du temps contraints de n&eacute;gocier pied &agrave; pied pour conserver leurs avantages et leur niveau de r&eacute;mun&eacute;ration, qu&rsquo;on cherche &agrave; leur rogner lorsqu&rsquo;ils changent de convention collective&nbsp;&raquo;,<\/em> peut-on lire sur un communiqu&eacute; du syndicat.<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Ce dernier reproche &eacute;galement &agrave; la direction de ne rien faire pour fid&eacute;liser le personnel, les nouveaux embauch&eacute;s b&eacute;n&eacute;ficiant, selon lui, de meilleures r&eacute;mun&eacute;rations que les salari&eacute;s en poste depuis plusieurs ann&eacute;es, lesquels peineraient &agrave; faire progresser leurs r&eacute;mun&eacute;rations et leurs carri&egrave;res&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>Selon un &eacute;lu CFE-CGC-UNSA, la direction de France T&eacute;l&eacute;com serait obnubil&eacute;e par la rentabilit&eacute;.<\/strong><em><strong> &laquo;&nbsp;Elle pr&eacute;sente ses filiales de services comme &eacute;tant d&eacute;ficitaires alors qu&rsquo;en fait elle r&eacute;percute sur ces derni&egrave;res des frais de structures trop importants qui absorbent la marge.<\/strong> France T&eacute;l&eacute;com se comporte comme un op&eacute;rateur et non comme un acteur du service.&nbsp;&raquo;<\/em>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align:right;\">\n<strong>Extrait : Channelnews &#8211; 6 juillet 2010 &#8211; Dirk Basyn<\/strong>\n<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n<em><br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;acc&egrave;s direct &agrave; l&rsquo;article Plus d&rsquo;une centaine d&rsquo;ing&eacute;nieurs de la filiale d&rsquo;Orange Business Services ont d&eacute;pos&eacute; leur CV sur Monster.fr.
