{"id":16586,"date":"2021-05-04T13:56:18","date_gmt":"2021-05-04T13:56:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/?p=16586"},"modified":"2021-05-04T13:56:18","modified_gmt":"2021-05-04T13:56:18","slug":"nao-ues-obs-2021-des-avancees-au-stricte-minimum","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/index.php\/2021\/05\/04\/nao-ues-obs-2021-des-avancees-au-stricte-minimum\/","title":{"rendered":"NAO UES OBS 2021 : des avanc\u00e9es au strict minimum"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>La n\u00e9gociation annuelle obligatoire a commenc\u00e9 d\u00e9but avril.<\/h2>\n<p>Comme chaque ann\u00e9e elle se d\u00e9cline en deux n\u00e9gociations :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la premi\u00e8re concerne l\u2019UES OBS et traite du cadre applicable \u00e0 OBS SA, OCD et Enovacom<\/li>\n<li>la seconde concerne chaque entit\u00e9s o\u00f9 l\u2019on discute essentiellement du budget affect\u00e9 augmentations individuelles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Le r\u00e9sum\u00e9 suivant, concerne uniquement la premi\u00e8re phase.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour commencer, la premi\u00e8re chose \u00e0 noter est un d\u00e9calage du calendrier de 3 semaines d\u00e9cid\u00e9 unilat\u00e9ralement par la direction.<\/p>\n<p>En cons\u00e9quence, l\u2019annonce de la communication de l\u2019abondement sur l\u2019int\u00e9ressement a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s tardive. En effet un point positif de cet accord, est l\u2019abondement de 450\u20ac pour un versement de 550\u20ac sur les part C ou D.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons aussi obtenu la r\u00e9troactivit\u00e9 au 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier 2021 des mesure d\u2019augmentations individuelles.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, notre combat a permis de faire passer le forfait mobilit\u00e9 de 200\u20ac \u00e0 250\u20ac pour les personnes faisant le choix de venir au travail en mode de d\u00e9placement doux.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En revanche, la direction a refus\u00e9 les points suivants propos\u00e9 par la CFE-CGC&nbsp;:<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignright size-full wp-image-7982\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/nao.jpg\" alt=\"nao\" width=\"359\" height=\"292\" style=\"margin: 1px; float: right;\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>alignement avec la politique de d\u00e9placement du groupe<\/li>\n<li>augmentation du montant du Ticket Restaurant \u00e0 9,25\u20ac<\/li>\n<li>adh\u00e9sion au Plan d&rsquo;Epargne Retraite du groupe comme ont le droit la quasi totalit\u00e9 des salari\u00e9s fran\u00e7ais du groupe Orange<\/li>\n<li>augmentation du montant de l\u2019abondement<\/li>\n<li>ouverture de n\u00e9gociation sur le d\u00e9veloppement durable de l&rsquo;entreprise<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La CFE-CGC a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de <strong>signer l\u2019accord avec r\u00e9serve<\/strong>, afin de pouvoir faire b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier les salari\u00e9s de l\u2019abondement et assurer une r\u00e9troactivit\u00e9 des mesures salariales qui seront n\u00e9goci\u00e9es au niveau des entit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La n\u00e9gociation annuelle obligatoire a commenc\u00e9 d\u00e9but avril.
