La baisse d\u2019effectifs la plus significative est en IDF, la grande majorit\u00e9 \u00e9tant partie \u00e0 la retraite. Le domaine Innovation &amp; Technologie a perdu 6,7% de ses effectifs.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>FAT<\/strong> (Force Au Travail) externe a \u00e9galement diminu\u00e9 cependant elle repr\u00e9sente encore 13,6% des effectifs d\u2019OFS.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Taux d\u2019insertion professionnelle stable<\/strong> = 3,61% de l\u2019effectif global. 88 contrats de professionnalisation sign\u00e9s. 60% des alternants sont des femmes.<\/p>\n<p>22 salari\u00e9s embauch\u00e9s en CDI dont 21 en IDF &amp; 1 en r\u00e9gion GSE.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Moyenne d\u2019\u00e2ge<\/strong> : 49 ans<\/p>\n<p><strong>Taux de f\u00e9minisation<\/strong>&nbsp;: 50 %, (Orange SA = 36%) mais diminue fortement en montant dans la hi\u00e9rarchie&nbsp;(33 % en bande G).<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00e9parts d\u00e9finitifs&nbsp;: 152, <\/strong>dont 20 d\u00e9missions et 122 d\u00e9parts \u00e0 la retraite.<\/p>\n<h4>Analyse de la CFE-CGC<\/h4>\n<p>La baisse des effectifs en 2020, reste dans la m\u00eame trajectoire que l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente avec une diminution des ETP de 1,6% et un taux de remplacement des effectifs de 23,5 %.<\/p>\n<p>Cette tendance est constante depuis 4 ou 5 ans. \u00c0 force, elle accro\u00eet la charge de travail et g\u00e9n\u00e8re des risques psycho-sociaux mais \u00e9galement une perte d\u2019expertise.<\/p>\n<p>Le nombre de d\u00e9missions et ruptures conventionnelles augmentent malgr\u00e9 un contexte incertain li\u00e9 \u00e0 la crise sanitaire.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/alfresco.cfecgc-orange.org\/share\/page\/site\/section-vmf\/document-details?nodeRef=workspace:\/\/SpacesStore\/3e72770a-596b-4e7d-bd49-b67ba961c4bd\">Le rapport emploi<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/alfresco.cfecgc-orange.org\/share\/page\/site\/section-vmf\/document-details?nodeRef=workspace:\/\/SpacesStore\/afac871f-98d9-4fe8-b1e4-19c354ffac86\">Le rapport de la Commission<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Comme les ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes, les effectifs actifs baissent pour s\u2019\u00e9tablir \u00e0 3 360 salari\u00e9s soit une diminution de 3,5% dans l\u2019ann\u00e9e.
