Le nombre d\u2019heures moyen de formation par salari\u00e9 atteint \u00e0 peine les 16 heures.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Concernant la r\u00e9partition selon la nature de la formation, vos \u00e9lus CFE-CGC Orange ont constat\u00e9 que ce sont les <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">formations m\u00e9tiers<\/b> qui sont rest\u00e9es majoritaires avec <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">68% des heures effectu\u00e9es<\/b> sur un volume global de 49 078 heures. Vos \u00e9lus regrettent qu\u2019un pilotage de cette formation n\u2019ait pas \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but de la crise afin d\u2019inciter les managers \u00e0 la suivre. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Enfin, vos \u00e9lus CFE-CGC Orange ont interpell\u00e9 plus globalement la Direction sur l\u2019investissement financier dans le domaine de la formation au niveau de SCE en 2020. Cette information n\u2019apparait pas dans le bilan. Compte tenu de la non tenue des objectifs, est-il pr\u00e9vu de reporter le budget non utilis\u00e9 sur la formation 2021&nbsp;?<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Vos \u00e9lus CFE-CGC Orange alertent la Direction sur la digitalisation accrue des formations, observ\u00e9e en 2020 en raison de la crise sanitaire. Pour vos \u00e9lus, celle-ci ne doit pas devenir<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>la r\u00e8gle.
