En effet, dans les m\u00e9andres des \u00e9changes<br \/>au sein d\u2019instances devenues st\u00e9riles et sans aucune plus-value pour les salari\u00e9s que nous nous<br \/>effor\u00e7ons de repr\u00e9senter, le d\u00e9sappointement a gagn\u00e9 une grande partie du corps social de notre unit\u00e9.<br \/>Au-del\u00e0 d\u2019un contexte sanitaire dont nous commen\u00e7ons tout juste \u00e0 apercevoir le bout du tunnel, les<br \/>projets s\u2019empilent \u00e0 l\u2019A2P sans m\u00eame le souhait de transformer les concertations v\u00e9cues comme des<br \/>exercices impos\u00e9s, en des moments de constructions collectifs.<br \/>Les repr\u00e9sentants du personnel se sentent stigmatis\u00e9s et r\u00e9duits \u00e0 des faire-valoir permettant ainsi \u00e0 la<br \/>Direction d\u2019annoncer que des \u00e9changes ont lieu r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement avec les repr\u00e9sentants du personnel.<br \/>C\u2019est en tout cas ce qui transpire de ces moments durant lesquels nous entendons tr\u00e8s fr\u00e9quemment en<br \/>r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 nos remarques et nos questions le fameux : \u00ab j\u2019entends, j\u2019en prends note et je reviens vers<br \/>vous \u00bb\u2026<br \/>Un exemple flagrant de manque de sinc\u00e9rit\u00e9 dans les diff\u00e9rents \u00e9changes entre la Direction DC2P et les<br \/>repr\u00e9sentants du personnel, alors que nous avons alert\u00e9 sur les conditions de travail des utilisateurs<br \/>Novagile (apr\u00e8s-vente) et dans le m\u00eame temps, sur l\u2019iniquit\u00e9 de la distribution des Apports d\u2019Affaires<br \/>(impacts PVC), la Direction DC2P m\u00e8ne \u00ab secr\u00e8tement \u00bb un projet afin que Novagile distribue les<br \/>Apports d\u2019 Affaires dans des corbeilles sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es \u00e0 forte valeur ajout\u00e9e, adress\u00e9s aux meilleurs<br \/>vendeurs laissant les autres sur le quai de la gare !
