On peut lire dans l\u2019accord \u00ab La Responsabilit\u00e9 Soci\u00e9tale et Environnementale (RSE) est un enjeu majeur pour la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 OBS SA. [\u2026] \u00bb. Pourtant, depuis le discours de St\u00e9phane Richard il y a plus d\u2019un an et demi sur le plan Engage 2025 et l\u2019\u00ab axe majeur \u00bb de la lutte contre le d\u00e9fi climatique, aucune action significative n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 entreprise aux bornes d\u2019OBS SA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Lors des derni\u00e8res n\u00e9gociations, la Direction a mis en opposition augmentations de salaires (gains \u00e0 court terme) et actions environnementales de l\u2019entreprise (pr\u00e9paration du long terme).<\/p>\n<p>Cette ann\u00e9e, nous avons choisi de garantir les augmentations salariales.
