Par contre, plus on monte dans la hi\u00e9rarchie, plus ce taux est bas. Il est de 67 % en bande D et de 36 % en bande G. Les femmes repr\u00e9sentent 20 % des plus hautes r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations. En G, il y a 53 femmes et 63 hommes. Le taux de f\u00e9minisation des promotions s&rsquo;\u00e9tablit \u00e0 59 %, soit 3 points de plus que l&rsquo;an dernier. Dans les Codirs, le taux de f\u00e9minisation est de 38 %.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a eu 192 personnes promues, soit 6 % de la population salari\u00e9s (H&amp;F).<\/p>\n<p>Il y a eu 23 recrutements externes en 2020, dont 67 % de femmes.<\/p>\n<h4>Analyse de la CFE-CGC<\/h4>\n<p>Chaque ann\u00e9e nous obtenons les m\u00eames r\u00e9ponses de la Direction. Le changement de la pr\u00e9sentation du rapport rend difficile les comparaisons.
