Un plan s&eacute;niors a &eacute;t&eacute; sign&eacute; en 2009, pour mieux organiser les deuxi&egrave;mes parties de carri&egrave;res. &quot;On constate que la vitesse des d&eacute;parts en retraite dans les ann&eacute;es &agrave; venir repr&eacute;sente un vrai d&eacute;fi dans la mesure o&ugrave; il faut embaucher et former d&rsquo;autres personnes pour les remplacer sans perdre en termes d&rsquo;expertise et comp&eacute;tence&quot;.
