Le 24 aout, La CFE-CGC Orange a adress\u00e9 un <a href=\"2021082310773\/conditions-de-travail-et-sante\/marseille-newdelec-poker-menteur-la-cfe-cgc-demande-une-clarification-de-la-direction-sur-l-avenir-de-ce-projet-immobilier.html\">courrier<\/a> \u00e0 la Direction People &amp; Transformation ayant pour objet le \u00ab&nbsp;Projet Immobilier Newdelec&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><strong>En synth\u00e8se&nbsp;: <\/strong>\u00e0 l\u2019occasion de la mise en \u0153uvre du projet Scale Up, les salari\u00e9s et leurs repr\u00e9sentants ont eu vent d\u2019un possible abandon pur et simple de Newdelec au profit d\u2019un regroupement unique sur Saint Mauront. Ce revirement, semble-t-il av\u00e9r\u00e9, interroge sur la loyaut\u00e9 du projet pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 aux repr\u00e9sentants du personnel, la politique immobili\u00e8re du groupe, (et le juste \u00e9quilibre de l\u2019emploi entre Paris et les r\u00e9gions), et l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle, enfin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La recherche d\u2019\u00e9conomie et de rentabilit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique du plan Scale Up doit se faire autrement qu\u2019au d\u00e9triment de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et des conditions de travail des personnels. La CFE-CGC entend faire des propositions dans ce sens.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>ORP \u00ab&nbsp;Together 2021&nbsp;\u00bb<\/h4>\n<p>Avec environ 1% du capital propos\u00e9 aux personnels du Groupe (pour un budget total de 260 M\u20ac maxi), l\u2019ORP \u00ab&nbsp;Together 2021&nbsp;\u00bb sera l\u2019op\u00e9ration la plus importante depuis l\u2019ouverture du capital de France T\u00e9l\u00e9com, avec pour caract\u00e9ristiques&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-mce-word-list=\"1\"><strong>D\u00e9cote 30% <\/strong>pour blocage 5 ans dans le PEG (sauf cas de d\u00e9blocage anticip\u00e9)<\/li>\n<li data-mce-word-list=\"1\"><strong>Abondement unilat\u00e9ral <\/strong>de l\u2019employeur pour tous les personnels du Groupe en France (400 \u20ac bruts) + 2 tranches d\u2019abondement des versements volontaires.<\/li>\n<li data-mce-word-list=\"1\"><strong>Offre \u00ab Classique \u00bb + offre \u00ab Garantie \u00bb<\/strong>, qui peuvent \u00eatre mix\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li data-mce-word-list=\"1\"><strong>Paiement possible en 4 fois sans frais <\/strong>(le dernier en avril 2022).<\/li>\n<li data-mce-word-list=\"1\"><strong>Possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019utiliser les fonds diversifi\u00e9s du PEG <\/strong>pour souscrire (10 000 \u20ac maxi).<\/li>\n<li data-mce-word-list=\"1\">Ecr\u00eatage si la souscription totale exc\u00e8de le budget de l\u2019op\u00e9ration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La CFE-CGC Orange <a href=\"2021082310772\/participation-interessement-et-actionnariat\/lettre-de-l-epargne-et-de-l-actionnariat-salaries-3-2021-speciale-orp-together-2021.html\">s\u2019est investie sur le dossier de l\u2019ORP<\/a> et a obtenu de nombreuses avanc\u00e9es, faisant en sorte que toutes les nouvelles dispositions de la loi Pacte soient mobilis\u00e9es.
