Actuellement les hauts salaires voient leurs d\u00e9penses de sant\u00e9 financ\u00e9es par les bas salaires.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prendre mieux en charge les cotisations au travers de la part patronale<\/strong> \u00e0 la charge de la Direction, ce qui aurait pour effet d\u2019augmenter le salaire net des personnels, sans g\u00e9n\u00e9rer une trop forte augmentation des charges sociales patronales.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Int\u00e9grer l\u2019indemnisation \u00ab historique \u00bb de 64 \u20ac <\/strong>pour l\u2019achat de lunettes ou de lentilles, une fois tous les 5 ans,<strong> au salaire des personnels ou en d\u00e9duction de la cotisation de chaque salari\u00e9.<\/strong> Cela aura pour effet de supprimer un traitement administratif bien trop co\u00fbteux\u2026 tout en rendant du pouvoir d\u2019achat \u00e0 ceux qui, devant la complexit\u00e9 de l\u2019op\u00e9ration, y renonce.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">La pr\u00e9voyance sant\u00e9 \u00e9tant r\u00e9gie <a href=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/tract_mutuelle_fonc_pp_v10.pdf\">par un accord collectif<\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/tract_mutuelle_fonc_pp_v10.pdf\">,<\/a> il vous appartient de convoquer les organisations syndicales repr\u00e9sentatives, afin de n\u00e9gocier un nouvel avenant et mettre en \u0153uvre ces engagements.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p>Nous ne doutons pas non plus que ce sera l\u2019occasion de faire converger deux dispositifs distincts pour les salari\u00e9s de droit priv\u00e9 et fonctionnaires avec un taux unique de cotisation et assurant une solidarit\u00e9 interg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelle.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans l\u2019attente de votre retour, et comptant sur votre diligence, nous vous prions d\u2019agr\u00e9er, Monsieur le Directeur, l\u2019assurance de notre consid\u00e9ration distingu\u00e9e.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/p-page_cfe.png\" alt=\"p page cfe\" width=\"900\" height=\"255\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>R\u00e9f. :&nbsp;SC\/ PP\/ 20210924 A l\u2019attention de M.
