Qui sont-ils et jouent-ils \u00e0 armes \u00e9gales avec les cabinets de conseil en strat\u00e9gie&nbsp;?<\/h4>\n<p>Entre l\u2019avenir vu par le Boston Consulting Group et Secafi, il y a un monde&#8230; En 2020, la situation de l\u2019INC, Institut national de la consommation, en difficult\u00e9 financi\u00e8re, a \u00e9t\u00e9 analys\u00e9e et a fait l\u2019objet de pr\u00e9conisations strat\u00e9giques par chacun des deux cabinets (relire <a href=\"https:\/\/www.consultor.fr\/devenir-consultant\/actualite-du-conseil\/6650-quand-bercy-envoie-le-bcg-faire-le-menage-chez-60-millions-de-consommateurs.html\">notre article<\/a>). &nbsp;<br \/>[&#8230;]<\/p>\n<p>Le plus souvent, les analyses des cabinets de conseil en strat\u00e9gie mandat\u00e9s par les directions d&rsquo;entreprises et celles des experts c\u00f4t\u00e9 <strong>CSE<\/strong> rentrent rarement en confrontation aussi directe. Les seconds ont plut\u00f4t face \u00e0 eux les plans de cabinets plus op\u00e9rationnels, comme des sp\u00e9cialistes du reclassement dans le cadre d\u2019une restructuration d\u2019entreprises, les missions de conseil en strat\u00e9gie s\u2019\u00e9tant d\u00e9roul\u00e9es en amont.<br \/>[&#8230;]<br \/>Compar\u00e9 \u00e0 celui des cabinets de conseil en strat\u00e9gie, le travail des experts c\u00f4t\u00e9 CSE pr\u00e9sente aussi d\u2019autres sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s li\u00e9es \u00e0 leur r\u00f4le dans le <strong>dialogue social de l\u2019entreprise<\/strong> et leurs relations avec ses diff\u00e9rentes parties prenantes.<br \/>[&#8230;]<br \/>, \u00ab<em>&nbsp;les \u00e9lus ont tendance \u00e0 se reposer sur les cabinets, sans r\u00e9ellement pr\u00e9parer la collecte d\u2019informations qui pourraient \u00eatre utiles \u00e0 leurs prestataires. Or, si l\u2019on se contente des sources officielles, le r\u00e9sultat sera m\u00e9diocre&nbsp;<\/em>\u00bb, insiste <strong>S\u00e9bastien&nbsp;Crozier, pr\u00e9sident de la CFE-CGC Orange<\/strong>, qui a d\u00e9j\u00e0 eu affaire \u00e0 ces cabinets.<br \/>[&#8230;]<\/p>\n<p>Mais <em>i<\/em><em>n fine<\/em>, pour <strong>S\u00e9bastien Crozier,<\/strong> chez Orange, \u00ab&nbsp;<em>un bon dossier, c\u2019est un bon client et un bon prestataire, que ce soit c\u00f4t\u00e9 direction ou c\u00f4t\u00e9 salari\u00e9s. Si le commanditaire ne fait pas preuve d\u2019une forme d\u2019ouverture d\u2019esprit, les conclusions du rapport seront fausses, tronqu\u00e9es. Le prestataire n\u2019a aucune raison d\u2019aller dans le sens oppos\u00e9 de ce que souhaite le client, car la fois suivante, il ne gagnera pas le march\u00e9.
