La Direction pr\u00e9sente ce dossier comme un simple r\u00e9am\u00e9nagement des locaux.<\/p>\n<p>Les CSSCTs DIF et DISU ont \u00e9t\u00e9 consult\u00e9es sur ce projet de transfert de salari\u00e9s. Seule la DISU a \u00e9mis un rapport, pointant certains \u00e9l\u00e9ments probl\u00e9matiques&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-mce-word-list=\"1\">les m\u00b2 d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 chaque salari\u00e9 sont loin des 10 m\u00b2 pr\u00e9conis\u00e9s,<\/li>\n<li data-mce-word-list=\"1\">le b\u00e2timent B est non accessible aux Personnes \u00e0 Mobilit\u00e9 R\u00e9duite (PMR),<\/li>\n<li data-mce-word-list=\"1\">le b\u00e2timent A est accessible PMR mais non-p\u00e9renne,<\/li>\n<li data-mce-word-list=\"1\">des probl\u00e8mes phoniques,<\/li>\n<li data-mce-word-list=\"1\">pas de restauration collective.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Une contre-proposition soumise par les \u00e9lus a \u00e9t\u00e9 refus\u00e9e par la Direction. Elle concernait une surface plus grande et libre dans le m\u00eame b\u00e2timent.<\/p>\n<h2>La position de la CFE-CGC Orange&nbsp;<\/h2>\n<p>La CFE-CGC Orange questionne le projet tel que pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par la Direction. Il s\u2019agit dans les faits d\u2019un passage en flex avec de r\u00e9els changements des conditions de travail des salari\u00e9s de Rennes Patton.<\/p>\n<p>La CFE-CGC Orange demande une pr\u00e9sentation du Sch\u00e9ma Directeur Immobilier Territorial (SDIT) pr\u00e9vu pour la r\u00e9gion de Rennes. En l\u2019absence de telles perspectives, l\u2019investissement est modeste. Il aurait pu au moins int\u00e9grer les espaces lib\u00e9r\u00e9s dans les zones d\u2019am\u00e9nagement de ce projet de transformation.<\/p>\n<p>La CFE-CGC Orange s\u2019interroge sur l\u2019\u00e9clatement des salari\u00e9s de la r\u00e9gion Rennaise sur plus de 10 sites diff\u00e9rents.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9lus du CSE DTSI regrettent qu\u2019une fois de plus, les repr\u00e9sentants du personnel sur site n\u2019aient pas \u00e9t\u00e9 consult\u00e9s lors de la pr\u00e9paration de ce projet. Ils sont pourtant sur place et connaissent parfaitement les demandes et besoins des salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Devant l\u2019observation objective des conditions de ce transfert, les \u00e9lus de la CFE-CGC Orange ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 plusieurs r\u00e9solutions visant \u00e0 forcer la Direction \u00e0 transmettre les informations manquantes et les diff\u00e9rents sc\u00e9narios envisag\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La Direction a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re unilat\u00e9rale que l\u2019avis \u00e9tait rendu et va enclencher les d\u00e9marches de mise en \u0153uvre de ce dossier.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les locaux de Rennes Patton sont reconfigur\u00e9s.
