syndicales repr\u00e9sentatives (CFDT FO CGT SUD), il aura fallu attendre d\u00e9but novembre 2021 pour enfin r\u00e9ellement amorcer la r\u00e9vision de l&rsquo;accord t\u00e9l\u00e9travail que la CFE-CGC Orange r\u00e9clame depuis quasiment 2 ans maintenant.<\/p>\n<p>Face \u00e0 l&rsquo;absence de propositions concr\u00e8tes de la Direction qui semble vouloir n\u00e9gocier \u00e0 minima, la la Direction<\/p>\n<p>Bonjour Monsieur de Saint Aubin,<\/p>\n<p>Pour cette premi\u00e8re s\u00e9ance de n\u00e9gociation, la CFE-CGC souhaite la pr\u00e9sence de la m\u00e9decine du travail pour partager ses constats effectu\u00e9s pendant et apr\u00e8s la p\u00e9riode de pand\u00e9mie et proposer ses recommandations concernant tous les personnels.<\/p>\n<p>En outre, la CFE CGC souhaite voir abord\u00e9s les th\u00e8mes suivants&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un observatoire \/ d\u2019une commission de mise en \u0153uvre de concertation et de recours relatif\/ve \u00e0 l\u2019accord de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail actuel dont les missions seraient&nbsp;:\n<ol>\n<li>Collecte des situations probl\u00e9matiques,<\/li>\n<li>Transmission \u00e0 la Direction et aux OS,<\/li>\n<li>Analyse, en s\u00e9ance de l\u2019instance, de ces remont\u00e9es terrain pour confronter les points de vue sur les cas soumis,<\/li>\n<li>Emission de recommandations et\/ou actions correctives,<\/li>\n<li>Capitalisation sur ces cas d\u2019usage et retours d\u2019exp\u00e9riences pour faire \u00e9voluer l\u2019accord et les pratiques qui s\u2019y rapportent.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li>Les Modalit\u00e9s du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail\n<ol>\n<li>conventionn\u00e9,<\/li>\n<li>en circonstances exceptionnelles,<\/li>\n<li>occasionnel.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li>Acculturation du corps social au t\u00e9l\u00e9travail\n<ol>\n<li>Actions de sensibilisation,<\/li>\n<li>Evolution des pratiques manag\u00e9riales,<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li>Mode hybride,<\/li>\n<li>Distanciel pur,<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<ol>\n<li>D\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019autonomie et de la confiance,<\/li>\n<li>Formation des \u00e9quipes, aussi bien c\u00f4t\u00e9 manager que manag\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li>Motivation de la non Eligibilit\u00e9 de certaines Activit\u00e9s au t\u00e9l\u00e9travail.&nbsp;A cet \u00e9gard, l\u2019article 4 de l\u2019accord ne nous semble pas suffisamment pr\u00e9cis.\n<ol>\n<li>R\u00e9flexion en termes d\u2019activit\u00e9 plut\u00f4t que de m\u00e9tiers,<\/li>\n<li>Motifs de refus des demandes et Syst\u00e9matisation des explications apport\u00e9es, dans tous les cas,<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li>Primo demandes \/ accessions,<\/li>\n<li>Renouvellements,<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Modifications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<ol>\n<li>Anciennet\u00e9 requise pour acc\u00e9der au t\u00e9l\u00e9travail.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Enfin, nous attendons qu\u2019une m\u00e9thodologie de n\u00e9gociation soit d\u00e9battue en s\u00e9ance avec l\u2019ensemble des
