La formation syst\u00e9matique des managers sur la gestion des personnels en situation de handicap am\u00e9liorerait probablement la situation en levant un frein \u00e0 ces recrutements. En mati\u00e8re de pr\u00e9vention et d\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 des documents, l\u2019Entreprise peut mieux faire et doit mieux faire. A noter que sur notre p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre, les correspondantes handicap sont engag\u00e9es, volontaires, r\u00e9actives et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute des salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h4>Analyse de la CFE-CGC<\/h4>\n<p>La CFE CGC demande \u00e0 l\u2019Entreprise d\u2019actionner de nouveaux leviers afin que le triste constat du z\u00e9ro recrutement de salari\u00e9s en situation de handicap sur le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre OFS cesse.
