C\u2019est en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 seulement le remplacement du d\u00e9part des salari\u00e9s de droit priv\u00e9 (aujourd\u2019hui largement majoritaires) par d\u00e9mission d\u2019ici 3 ans.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Orange pr\u00e9tend innover en proposant \u00ab&nbsp;une respiration&nbsp;\u00bb aux personnels. Rien de neuf au regard de l\u2019ann\u00e9e sabbatique (<a href=\"https:\/\/travail-emploi.gouv.fr\/droit-du-travail\/les-conges-payes-et-les-conges-pour-projets-pro-et-perso\/article\/le-conge-sabbatique\">Cong\u00e9 sabbatique : ce que dit le code du travail (travail-emploi.gouv.fr)<\/a>) ou des dispositions conventionnelles d\u00e9j\u00e0 existantes (le PPA \u2013 Projet Personnel Accompagn\u00e9) en vigueur depuis plus de 10 ans.<\/p>\n<p>En revanche, le dispositif d\u2019anticipation pour le personnel en fin de carri\u00e8re permettant d\u2019\u00eatre exon\u00e9r\u00e9 de l\u2019ex\u00e9cution de son activit\u00e9 avant son d\u00e9part \u00e0 la retraite en contrepartie d\u2019une r\u00e9duction de son salaire (cf. PJ), s\u2019il est une bonne chose pour les personnels concern\u00e9s, n\u2019en repr\u00e9sentent pas moins un d\u00e9fi de taille face \u00e0 l\u2019ampleur des d\u00e9parts attendus (entre 6&nbsp;000 et 10&nbsp;000).<\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9part d\u2019une force au travail aussi importante ne peut \u00eatre compens\u00e9e que par un ensemble de dispositifs&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Augmentation de la productivit\u00e9 au travers d\u2019une forte simplification,<\/li>\n<li>Une r\u00e9allocation des ressources des fonctions supports vers les centres de production au travers d\u2019une v\u00e9ritable GPEC (Gestion Pr\u00e9visionnelle de l\u2019Emploi et des Comp\u00e9tences),<\/li>\n<li>Des demandes d\u2019augmentation du temps de travail sur la base du volontariat qui ne peuvent se faire qu\u2019en contrepartie de hausse de salaires.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La CFE-CGC Orange n\u2019acceptera pas l\u2019augmentation du recours \u00e0 la sous-traitance, en particulier de travailleurs d\u00e9tach\u00e9s ou d\u00e9localis\u00e9s, nuisible \u00e0 la stabilit\u00e9 sociale de notre pays.<\/p>\n<p>La CFE-CGC Orange milite pour la mise en place d\u2019un programme de r\u00e9tention des comp\u00e9tences clefs (comme celles li\u00e9s au cuivre). C\u2019est la reconnaissance de ceux qui malgr\u00e9 leur \u00e2ge restent des acteurs essentiels au fonctionnement de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p><strong>C\u2019est l\u2019absence d\u2019engagements de la Direction, dont la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 est loin d\u2019\u00eatre assur\u00e9e, sur ces aspects op\u00e9rationnels qui a conduit la CFE-CGC Orange a refus\u00e9 de donner un blanc-seing \u00e0 une politique de r\u00e9duction massive d\u2019emplois, dont le fil conducteur semble plus \u00eatre celui de la r\u00e9duction des couts du plan Scale Up annonc\u00e9 aux march\u00e9s financiers, que l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle qui permettrait de mieux servir nos clients.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La CFE-CGC Orange restera plus que vigilante sur les cons\u00e9quences de ces d\u00e9parts en nombre&nbsp;notamment un accroissement de la charge de travail non maitris\u00e9 pour ceux qui restent.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Photo: Anemone 123 via Pixabay \u00ab Orange annoncer s\u2019engager \u00e0 recruter de 8 000 jeunes sur 3 ans (2022-2024).
