S&rsquo;appliquant \u00e0 l&rsquo;ensemble des personnels (fonctionnaires, salari\u00e9s contractuels et agent contractuel de droit public), ainsi qu\u2019aux salari\u00e9s en CDD et en contrat d&rsquo;alternance, celui-ci a pris effet le 1er janvier 2022 et s&rsquo;appliquera jusqu&rsquo;au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2024.<\/h4>\n<p>[&#8230;]<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9serve de la CFE-CGC<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La CFE-CGC a assorti sa signature de r\u00e9serves. Le syndicat propose notamment que l&rsquo;accord ne se limite pas \u00e0 Orange SA et qu&rsquo;il soit ainsi \u00ab&nbsp;sign\u00e9 et\/ ou \u00e9tendu aux bornes&nbsp;\u00bb du groupe.&nbsp;\u00ab&nbsp;C&rsquo;est le principe de non-discrimination entre les salari\u00e9s d&rsquo;Orange SA et ceux des filiales, en sus de la non-discrimination de genre qu&rsquo;une entreprise du CAC 40 se doit d&rsquo;ambitionner&nbsp;\u00bb estime-t-elle. La CFE-CGC d\u00e9nonce aussi l\u00e0 \u00ab&nbsp;non-application r\u00e9elle de la loi&nbsp;\u00bb et \u00ab&nbsp;r\u00e9clame la fin des disparit\u00e9s salariales toujours existantes \u00e0 m\u00e9tier [\u2026] et\/ ou \u00e0 comp\u00e9tences \u00e9gales avec l&rsquo;utilisation du budget \u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle dans sa totalit\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb.
