Un spot qui mettait en sc\u00e8ne les salari\u00e9s de l&rsquo;entreprise, v\u00e9ritable We are the World de la t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie, charg\u00e9e de redorer l&rsquo;image de l&rsquo;op\u00e9rateur apr\u00e8s la vague de suicides. Les syndicats d\u00e9noncent une communication \u00ab faux cul \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>(&#8230;) Quelques jours apr\u00e8s la diffusion du spot d\u2019Orange, dans un communiqu\u00e9 <em>la CFE-CGC\/UNSA France T\u00e9l\u00e9com \u2013 Orange d\u00e9non\u00e7ait d&rsquo;ailleurs s\u00e8chement la \u00ab communication faux cul des op\u00e9rateurs de t\u00e9l\u00e9com \u00bb : \u00ab 50% des appels clients aupr\u00e8s de leur op\u00e9rateur de t\u00e9l\u00e9communication sont trait\u00e9s\u2026par des sous-traitants principalement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger et plus de 50% des interventions sont sous-trait\u00e9s. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Globalement, l\u2019ensemble des groupes de services, dont les t\u00e9l\u00e9communications et la grande distribution, ont d\u00e9truit 38 600 emplois sur la p\u00e9riode (alors que les banques en cr\u00e9ent). Les op\u00e9rateurs de t\u00e9l\u00e9communications en ont globalement d\u00e9truit 17 400, Bouygues T\u00e9l\u00e9com s\u2019affichant comme le \u00abbon \u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00bb avec 15 400 emplois cr\u00e9\u00e9s. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><em>Dans le m\u00eame temps, Orange et SFR lancent leurs nouvelles campagnes de communication. Elles ont pour point commun de mettre l\u2019accent sur le service personnalis\u00e9 rendu \u00e0 leurs clients par les salari\u00e9s des op\u00e9rateurs. On y voit notamment des t\u00e9l\u00e9acteurs souriants apportant des solutions efficaces aux clients satisfaits\u00bb.
