Il est propos\u00e9 aux salari\u00e9s concern\u00e9s par le projet un contrat OCD France, au sein de l\u2019UES OBS, sur la base du volontariat.<\/p>\n<table style=\"width: 150px; float: right;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-18512\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/pascale_thorand.png\" alt=\"pascale thorand\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/>Par Pascale Thorand<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>Ce projet va provoquer de nombreux changements sur les salari\u00e9s impact\u00e9s, tant au niveau de leurs r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations, du temps de travail, des \u00e9chelles de hi\u00e9rarchie, de leur CSEE&#8230; Ces modifications sont en partie gomm\u00e9es par la n\u00e9gociation d\u2019un accord d\u2019accompagnement..&nbsp;<br \/>Il ne s\u2019agit pas ici d\u2019une r\u00e9organisation \u201csimple\u201d dans laquelle le personnel change d\u2019entit\u00e9, mais bien d\u2019un changement d\u2019employeur avec un changement de contrat de travail !<\/p>\n<h2>Des craintes auxquelles la Direction ne r\u00e9pond pas<\/h2>\n<p><strong>La CSSCT temporaire<\/strong>&nbsp;pointe le doigt sur les Risques Psycho Sociaux&nbsp;que&nbsp;cela va entrainer <strong>pour les salari\u00e9s qui accepteront ce changement d\u2019employeur :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>R\u00e9mun\u00e9ration revaloris\u00e9e diff\u00e9remment dans le futur de ceux qui restent, avec la crainte d\u2019un manque d\u2019augmentation\u2026 &nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Crainte de d\u00e9gradation du climat social<\/li>\n<li>Sentiment de \u00ab r\u00e9trograder \u00bb professionnellement&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Perte de rep\u00e8res du fait d&rsquo;int\u00e9grer une ESN<\/li>\n<li>Crainte d\u2019une perte financi\u00e8re et d&rsquo;avantages acquis au&nbsp;&nbsp;changement de soci\u00e9t\u00e9&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Sentiment d\u2019enfermement d\u00fb \u00e0 la sp\u00e9cialisation des m\u00e9tiers chez OCD France<\/li>\n<li>Crainte de l\u2019avenir notamment dans le cadre d\u2019un un rachat d&rsquo;OCD France<\/li>\n<li>Charge de travail pouvant \u00eatre cons\u00e9quente li\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;incertitude du&nbsp;nombre de personnes qui partiront ou non&nbsp;chez OCD&nbsp;France<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pour ceux qui refuseront de changer d\u2019employeur<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>Perte de sens &nbsp;li\u00e9e au changement forc\u00e9 d&rsquo;activit\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Sentiment d\u2019abandon, d\u2019injustice, d\u2019incompr\u00e9hension<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9valorisation des comp\u00e9tences<\/li>\n<li>Crainte de l\u2019avenir pouvant entrainer du burn-out ou bore-out<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Les risques des salari\u00e9s qui n&rsquo;adh\u00e8rent pas du tout au projet<\/b><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>Fuite des salari\u00e9s et perte de comp\u00e9tences pour le Groupe Orange<\/li>\n<li>Alt\u00e9ration du service et risque d\u2019impact clients<\/li>\n<li>Impact sur la charge de travail, burn-out, c\u00f4t\u00e9 Ressources Humaines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le dictionnaire Larousse pr\u00e9cise ainsi le terme de volontariat : \u00ab q<b>ui r\u00e9sulte d&rsquo;une d\u00e9cision librement choisie et non impos\u00e9e \u00bb<\/b>.&nbsp;<br \/>La commission recommande l\u2019abandon sous cette forme du projet et que la simplification souhait\u00e9e par le Groupe se fasse sans changement de contrat de travail.<br \/><strong>Pour vos \u00e9lus : ne serait-il pas plus judicieux de transf\u00e9rer Orange CyberD\u00e9fense dans Orange SA ?<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Direction transf\u00e8re les activit\u00e9s de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 manag\u00e9e et leurs pendant marketing \u00e0 Orange CyberD\u00e9fense France (OCD France).
