L\u2019occasion de se demander quel sera le nouveau r\u00f4le des repr\u00e9sentants du personnel, en cette p\u00e9riode marqu\u00e9e aussi bien par une reprise \u00e9conomique qu&rsquo;un pouvoir d&rsquo;achat en berne.<\/p>\n<p>[\u2026]<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;\u00ab avec la r\u00e9duction du nombre d&rsquo;\u00e9lus en raison des ordonnances, nous avons moins eu la capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;aller sur le terrain, regrette ainsi S\u00e9bastien Crozier pr\u00e9sident de la CFE-CGC chez Orange. Nos possibilit\u00e9s d&rsquo;\u00e9changes et d&rsquo;interactions avec les personnels se sont d\u00e9grad\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Et pendant la crise, les \u00e9lus CSE ont \u00e9t\u00e9 moins confront\u00e9s aux probl\u00e9matiques des coll\u00e8gues du bureau d&rsquo;\u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9. Enfin avec les r\u00e9unions en visioconf\u00e9rence, il n&rsquo;y a plus davantage de la machine \u00e0 caf\u00e9, des temps de pause, des sorties de bureau. En cons\u00e9quence, les remont\u00e9es terrains se sont effondr\u00e9es.&nbsp;\u00bb S\u00e9bastien Crozier a \u00e9galement constat\u00e9 un autre effondrement, celui du dialogue social m\u00eame. &nbsp;\u00ab&nbsp;Les dynamiques de groupe en visioconf\u00e9rence sont compl\u00e8tement diff\u00e9rentes du pr\u00e9sentiel. Alors que 40% des personnes r\u00e9unies interagissent en physique, ce chiffre tombe \u00e0 20% en visio conf\u00e9rence. Un r\u00e9el appauvrissement de l&rsquo;interaction&nbsp;\u00bb explique-t-il.<\/p>\n<p>Autre difficult\u00e9 relev\u00e9e par S\u00e9bastien Crozier, la gestion des activit\u00e9s sociales. \u00ab&nbsp;On esp\u00e8re refaire des arbres de No\u00ebl, qui sont des moments de construction partag\u00e9s, par exemple. Les CSE vont ainsi retrouver leur voix normale, dit-il. Mais ce qui est davantage friable, c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;engagement et le b\u00e9n\u00e9volat des personnels.&nbsp;\u00bb<br \/>[..]<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;Nous avons eu \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de d\u00e9m\u00e9nagements pendant ces 2 ans, dont on ne mesure pas les effets, rel\u00e8ve S\u00e9bastien Crozier. D\u00e9m\u00e9nager les gens pendant les p\u00e9riodes COVID fait qu&rsquo;ils n&rsquo;ont plus de rep\u00e8res.
