L&rsquo;op\u00e9rateur a r\u00e9allou\u00e9 cet \u00e9norme march\u00e9 de plusieurs centaines de millions d&rsquo;euros par an, \u00e0 travers une s\u00e9rie d&rsquo;appels d&rsquo;offres. Les laur\u00e9ats, annonc\u00e9s ces derniers mois, sont majoritairement de nouveaux prestataires, qui auraient d\u00fb commencer \u00e0 intervenir sur les r\u00e9seaux d\u00e8s le 1er avril. Orange se retrouve donc \u00e0 devoir honorer deux contrats pour la m\u00eame prestation.<\/p>\n<p>Et les accusations de Scopelec selon lesquelles Orange a sciemment mis son fournisseur en difficult\u00e9 &#8211; au m\u00e9pris des engagements de responsabilit\u00e9 sociale du groupe &#8211; font grand bruit en interne.
