{"id":18852,"date":"2022-04-05T06:55:44","date_gmt":"2022-04-05T06:55:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/?p=18852"},"modified":"2022-04-05T06:55:44","modified_gmt":"2022-04-05T06:55:44","slug":"on-ne-change-pas-de-jobs-skills-mais-quand-meme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/index.php\/2022\/04\/05\/on-ne-change-pas-de-jobs-skills-mais-quand-meme\/","title":{"rendered":"On ne change pas de Jobs &#038; Skills mais quand m\u00eame"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>De l\u2019Innovation \u00e0 PD&amp;L<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 2008, l\u2019entit\u00e9 Jobs &amp; Skills (activit\u00e9s li\u00e9es \u00e0 la formation) servait initialement \u00e0 la promotion des m\u00e9tiers Professional Services d\u2019OBS, puis en 2015 a vu \u00e9tendre ses activit\u00e9s aux m\u00e9tiers marketing B2B, et depuis 2019 porte la fili\u00e8re et le domaine de formation des m\u00e9tiers de management de projet et de l\u2019agilit\u00e9 au niveau OBS et Groupe.<\/p>\n<table style=\"width: 150px; float: right;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\">Par Christine Richet<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>Dans un souci d\u2019optimisation, la Direction propose le rattachement de J&amp;S dans PD&amp;L, au plus t\u00f4t en mars 2022 avec les objectifs suivants :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 4px;\">Contribuer plus efficacement au plan OBS Learning Journey,<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 4px;\">Donner une nouvelle ambition et dynamique \u00e0 la SBS (Service Business School).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Evolution d\u2019organisation sans cons\u00e9quences&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>10 salari\u00e9s sont concern\u00e9s par ce projet.
