Pour m\u00e9moire, l\u2019int\u00e9ressement fait l\u2019objet d\u2019un accord triennal n\u00e9goci\u00e9 localement chez Globecast, lequel d\u00e9finit certains indicateurs (KPIs) dont le niveau d&rsquo;atteinte r\u00e9el d\u00e9termine le montant d&rsquo;int\u00e9ressement, exprim\u00e9 en pourcentage de la masse salariale, le montant maximal atteignable \u00e9tant cap\u00e9 \u00e0 5% . \u00c0 chaque niveau sp\u00e9cifique d\u2019atteinte de ces objectifs correspond un pourcentage de masse salariale correspondant d\u2019int\u00e9ressement, lequel est par la suite r\u00e9parti de mani\u00e8re uniforme entre tous les salari\u00e9s \u00e0 due proportion de leur temps de pr\u00e9sence pour 60% et de leur dur\u00e9e d\u2019appartenance pour 40% .<\/p>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Chaque ann\u00e9e, les organisations syndicales et la Direction n\u00e9gocient un avenant pour d\u00e9finir les objectifs de l\u2019ann\u00e9e et les modalit\u00e9s d\u2019application correspondantes. En 2020, la CFE-CGC avait n\u00e9goci\u00e9 l\u2019abaissement du taux d\u00e9clencheur de l\u2019int\u00e9ressement sur les deux indicateurs choisis qu\u2019\u00e9taient l\u2019EBITDAAL et le CA, afin de minimiser les effets d\u00e9l\u00e9t\u00e8res de l\u2019effondrement du Chiffre d\u2019Affaires et des produits.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>2021 a marqu\u00e9 le commencement d\u2019un nouveau cycle triennal, pour lequel la CFE-CGC a enfin r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 obtenir que 45 % de l\u2019int\u00e9ressement maximum (c&rsquo;est \u00e0 dire 5% de la masse salariale) soit assis sur le Free cash-flow (EBITDAal -CAPEX), le solde se r\u00e9partissant respectivement entre EBITDAal (45%) et mNPS (10%). Sans surprise, l\u2019indicateur de Free cash-flow a \u00e9t\u00e9 le seul \u00e0 crever les plafonds \u00e0 160 %.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>La CFE-CGC a donc \u00e9t\u00e9 entendue en obtenant que les objectifs retenus pour le calcul de l\u2019int\u00e9ressement soient en ligne, au moins en partie, avec ceux de la Direction G\u00e9n\u00e9rale qui visent \u00e0 g\u00e9n\u00e9rer du cash-flow.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Si on peut regretter que la part de l\u2019int\u00e9ressement assise sur le Free cash-flow se limite \u00e0 45 % du maximum, on pourra en revanche se f\u00e9liciter du doublement de l\u2019int\u00e9ressement sur l\u2019exercice 2021.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Au cours des prochaines s\u00e9ances de n\u00e9gociation des 20 et 27 Avril, la CFE-CGC continuera de faire ses meilleurs efforts pour n\u00e9gocier les objectifs d\u2019int\u00e9ressement 2022 de sorte \u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils permettent de faire au moins&nbsp; aussi bien en 2023.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; Alors que le montant de l\u2019int\u00e9ressement 2020 \u00e9tait en tr\u00e8s forte baisse par rapport \u00e0 celui de l\u2019exercice 2019, Le montant au titre de 2022 s\u2019est tr\u00e8s fortement revaloris\u00e9.
