{"id":1889,"date":"2010-12-30T10:26:59","date_gmt":"2010-12-30T10:26:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/?p=1889"},"modified":"2010-12-30T10:26:59","modified_gmt":"2010-12-30T10:26:59","slug":"ccues-du-21-decembre-2010-la-cfe-cgc-unsa-favorable-a-l-avenant-tpi-avant-tps","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/index.php\/2010\/12\/30\/ccues-du-21-decembre-2010-la-cfe-cgc-unsa-favorable-a-l-avenant-tpi-avant-tps\/","title":{"rendered":"CCUES du 21 decembre 2010 : la CFE-CGC-UNSA favorable \u00e0 l&rsquo;avenant TPI avant TPS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le CCUES a \u00e9t\u00e9 convoqu\u00e9, d&rsquo;une mani\u00e8re&nbsp;pr\u00e9cipit\u00e9e, le 21 decembre 2010 pour d\u00e9battre de l&rsquo;avenant \u00e0 l&rsquo;accord TPS discut\u00e9 avec les organisations syndicales la veille au soir, 20 d\u00e9cembre 2010 (peu de temps pour en comprendre toutes les subtilit\u00e9s, donc).<\/p>\n<p>Dans cet avenant, n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 par l&rsquo;allongement de la date de d\u00e9part en retraite jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 62 ans pour les personnes n\u00e9es \u00e0 partir du 01\/01\/1956, FT a sorti de son chapeau un Temps Partiel&nbsp;Interm\u00e9diaire (TPI) qui permettra de faire la jonction avec le TPS qui d\u00e9marre trois ans avant la date l\u00e9gale de d\u00e9part en retraite.&nbsp; Ce TPI sera r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 hauteur de 80% pour un temps travaill\u00e9 de 60%, et sera compens\u00e9 \u00e0 100% par FT au niveau des anuit\u00e9s retraite.<\/p>\n<p>S&rsquo;agissant du TPS, la formule \u00e0 65% autorise 24 mois de temps lib\u00e9r\u00e9 (18 mois dans la version pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente). S&rsquo;agissant de la validation retraite,&nbsp;elle sera&nbsp;prise en charge&nbsp;par FT &#8211; selon des modalit\u00e9s quelque peu diffrentes de l&rsquo;ancien TPS.<\/p>\n<p> En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, en votant favorablement et seule en faveur de cet avenant, la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation CFE-CGC-UNSA a voulu accompagner un changement fort qui aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 impensable sous la coupe de l&rsquo;ancienne Direction de FT.<\/p>\n<p> Cela \u00e9tant, outre les insuffisances de cet avenant&nbsp; (pourquoi seule la tranche \u00e0 65% est-elle aussi avantageuse, pourquoi le TPI n&rsquo;a t&rsquo;il pas \u00e9t\u00e9 octroy\u00e9 \u00e0 50% plut\u00f4t qu&rsquo;\u00e0 60%, ce qui se r\u00e9v\u00e9lera assez vite ing\u00e9rable sur le terrain,&#8230;), il n&rsquo;en demeure pas moins que cet accord TPS dans sa globalit\u00e9 est mal ficel\u00e9, les salari\u00e9s de droit priv\u00e9 \u00e9tant de fa\u00e7on globale d\u00e9favoris\u00e9s par rapport aux fonctionnaires, notamment s&rsquo;agissant de la p\u00e9nalisation au niveau des cotisations Agirc\/Arco, les cadres n&rsquo;atteignent jamais r\u00e9ellement les pourcentages d&rsquo;augmentation indiqu\u00e9s en raison des mesures de parts variables, etc&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"jce_file\" title=\"CR CCUES du 21 Decembre 2010\" href=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/12\/CR_CCUES_21_Decembre_2010.pdf\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-12\" alt=\"pdf\" style=\"border: 0px;
