{"id":18910,"date":"2022-04-14T09:44:44","date_gmt":"2022-04-14T09:44:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/?p=18910"},"modified":"2022-04-14T09:44:44","modified_gmt":"2022-04-14T09:44:44","slug":"negociation-salariale-pouvoir-d-achat-en-berne","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/index.php\/2022\/04\/14\/negociation-salariale-pouvoir-d-achat-en-berne\/","title":{"rendered":"N\u00e9gociation salariale : un pouvoir d&rsquo;achat en berne !"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>C\u2019est dans l\u2019amertume que s\u2019est achev\u00e9e le 13 avril la n\u00e9gociation salariale 2022.<br \/>La Direction a affirm\u00e9 qu\u2019elle ne prendrait pas d\u2019engagement concernant la d\u00e9fense du pouvoir d\u2019achat des salari\u00e9s consid\u00e9rant que ce n\u2019est pas sa responsabilit\u00e9 : et elle le prouve !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le budget global consacr\u00e9 aux augmentations est fix\u00e9 \u00e0 <strong>3,3%<\/strong> (de la masse salariale 2021) alors que l\u2019inflation en mars est \u00e0 <strong>4,5%<\/strong>. <br \/>Comme d\u2019habitude,&nbsp; plusieurs mesures sp\u00e9cifiques viennent fractionner ce budget de sorte que l\u2019immense majorit\u00e9 recevra beaucoup moins que ce pourcentage. Ceux qui ne percevront que la mesure d\u2019augmentation collective garantie seront nombreux et particuli\u00e8rement les cadres dont le salaire global de base est sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la moyenne.<\/p>\n<p>Les organisations syndicales ont jusqu\u2019au <strong>26 avril<\/strong> pour apposer leur signature, ou pas.<\/p>\n<p>La Direction a pr\u00e9venu qu\u2019en cas de non-signature, elle prendrait (pour la troisi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e cons\u00e9cutive) une d\u00e9cision unilat\u00e9rale dont le taux directeur r\u00e9gresserait \u00e0 <strong>3%<\/strong>.
