{"id":18968,"date":"2022-04-26T13:19:22","date_gmt":"2022-04-26T13:19:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/?p=18968"},"modified":"2022-04-26T13:19:22","modified_gmt":"2022-04-26T13:19:22","slug":"projet-one-bank-outil-de-developpement-d-orange-bank-en-europe-et-moyen-d-atteinte-du-point-d-equilibre-en-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/index.php\/2022\/04\/26\/projet-one-bank-outil-de-developpement-d-orange-bank-en-europe-et-moyen-d-atteinte-du-point-d-equilibre-en-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Projet One Bank : outil de d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019Orange Bank en Europe et moyen d\u2019atteinte du point d\u2019\u00e9quilibre en 2025 ?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[<em>French version here\/English version below<\/em>]<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre du Comit\u00e9 de Groupe Europ\u00e9en d&rsquo;Orange des 5, 6 et 7 avril 2022 organis\u00e9 en s\u00e9ance extraordinaire, la Direction du Groupe a inscrit \u00e0 l&rsquo;ordre du jour le projet One Bank pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par Paul Deleusse, CEO d\u2019Orange Bank, Patrick Weissenberger, Directeur des Affaires G\u00e9n\u00e9rales, Isabelle Trystram Mansart, Directrice des Ressources Humaines, Btisam el Beiyad, juriste en droit social et Bertrand Facq, Directeur de la strat\u00e9gie des services financiers mobiles en zone Europe.<\/p>\n<p>Le Comit\u00e9 de Groupe Europ\u00e9en extraordinaire programm\u00e9 par la Direction avait pour objectif premier de recueillir l\u2019avis du Comit\u00e9 sur le projet One Bank au terme de la proc\u00e9dure d\u2019information-consultation ayant donn\u00e9 lieu \u00e0 trois r\u00e9unions successives.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Orange Bank a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 2017 suite au rachat de Groupama qui a permis \u00e0 Orange d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir une licence bancaire. Le syst\u00e8me d\u2019information en France est, \u00e0 la base, celui h\u00e9rit\u00e9 de Groupama. En Espagne en revanche, la succursale utilise une plate-forme technique qui lui est propre. Il y a donc aujourd\u2019hui deux mod\u00e8les op\u00e9rationnels en France et en Espagne, et deux plateformes techniques que la Direction souhaite uniformiser.<\/p>\n<p>Les objectifs du projet One Bank sont d\u2019une part d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 technique et d\u2019autre part de s\u00e9curiser l\u2019atteinte du point d\u2019\u00e9quilibre en 2025 en rationalisant les co\u00fbts.<\/p>\n<p>Cette solution applicative unique sera, \u00e0 l\u2019avenir, \u00e9tendue sur toutes les g\u00e9ographies europ\u00e9ennes si Orange Bank vient \u00e0 s\u2019y d\u00e9velopper. La Pologne, la Belgique, la Roumanie sont par exemple \u00e9voqu\u00e9s en fonction des r\u00e9sultats en France et Espagne.<\/p>\n<p>La composante financi\u00e8re est importante. A l\u2019origine envisag\u00e9 en 2023 le point d\u2019\u00e9quilibre de la Banque est aujourd\u2019hui pr\u00e9vu en 2025.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019atteinte de ce point d\u2019\u00e9quilibre serait pour partie s\u00e9curis\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre de ce projet qui sera source d\u2019\u00e9conomies.<\/p>\n<p>Le montant de l\u2019investissement est estim\u00e9 \u00e0 41M\u20ac au total pour un gain r\u00e9current de 27M\u20ac par an.<\/p>\n<p>Sur les effectifs, il se traduira par le non remplacement de 37 d\u00e9parts d\u2019ici 2023, sans que les postes vou\u00e9s \u00e0 disparaitre ne soient clairement identifi\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les \u00e9lus ont \u00e9t\u00e9 rassur\u00e9s au fil des r\u00e9unions sur le caract\u00e8re non contraint des d\u00e9parts. Il y a en effet chaque ann\u00e9e en moyenne 80 d\u00e9parts volontaires sur le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre des deux g\u00e9ographies. La suppression des 37 postes ne conduira donc pas \u00e0 des licenciements. Pour autant les \u00e9lus ont regrett\u00e9 que la Direction ne puisse donner davantage de pr\u00e9cisions sur les postes non remplac\u00e9s et en particulier leur r\u00e9partition g\u00e9ographique entre la France et l\u2019Espagne. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Enfin, ils auraient souhait\u00e9 que les \u00e9changes sur le projet One Bank soit aussi l\u2019occasion d\u2019une meilleure information sur la strat\u00e9gie de la Banque et ses performances financi\u00e8res. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, les \u00e9lus soutiennent la diversification du Groupe dans le domaine bancaire qui constitue un relai de croissance. S\u2019agissant du projet One Bank, la simplification et l\u2019uniformisation du syst\u00e8me informatique sont per\u00e7ues de mani\u00e8re positive. Les \u00e9lus ont pris acte de la conclusion de la proc\u00e9dure d\u2019information\/consultation, mais ont refus\u00e9 de rendre un avis tranch\u00e9. Le Comit\u00e9 requiert un suivi de la mise en \u0153uvre du projet, un focus particulier d\u2019Orange Bank lors de la pr\u00e9sentation des r\u00e9sultats financiers du Groupe et demande que tout nouveau d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019Orange Bank en Europe fasse l\u2019objet une information\/consultation&nbsp;: 3 \u00e9l\u00e9ments sur lesquels la Direction s\u2019est engag\u00e9e.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>[<em>English version<\/em>]<\/p>\n<p>Within the framework of the Orange European Works Council of April 5th, 6th and 7th, 2022 organized in extraordinary session, the Group Management included on the agenda the One Bank project presented by Paul Deleusse, CEO of Orange Bank , Patrick Weissenberger, Director of General Affairs, Isabelle Trystram mansart, Director of human resources, Btisam el Beiyad,&nbsp;social law lawyer, and Bertrand Facq, Director of Mobile Financial Services Strategy in Europe.<\/p>\n<p>The extraordinary European Works Council session scheduled by Management had the primary objective of obtaining the opinion of the Committee on the One Bank project at the end of the information- consultation procedure which gave rise to three successive meetings.<\/p>\n<p>Orange Bank was created in 2017 following the takeover of Groupama which enabled Orange to acquire a banking license. The information system in France is basically the one inherited from Groupama. In Spain, on the other hand, when the branch was created, a technical platform was developed. There are therefore today two operational models in France and Spain and two technical platforms that Management wishes to standardise.<\/p>\n<p>The goals of the One Bank project are on the one hand to improve technical efficiency, and on the other hand to secure the achievement of the break-even point in 2025 by rationalizing costs.<\/p>\n<p>This unique application solution would be extended to all European countries if Orange Bank were to develop there in the future. Poland, Romania and Belgium are mentioned, for example, depending on the results in France and Spain.<\/p>\n<p>The financial component is important. Originally envisaged in 2023, the Bank&rsquo;s break-even point is now expected in 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Reaching this balance point would be partly secured thanks to the implementation of this project, which will be a source of savings.<\/p>\n<p>The amount of the investment is estimated at \u20ac41 million in total for a recurring gain of \u20ac27 million per year.<\/p>\n<p>On the workforce, it will result in the non-replacement of 37 departures by 2023, without the positions doomed to disappear being clearly identified.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The European Works Council members were reassured over the meetings on the unconstrained nature of the departures. In fact, there are an average of 80 voluntary departures each year within the scope of the two geographies. The abolition of the 37 positions will therefore not lead to layoffs. It is rather the turnover that has raised questions.&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>However, the elected members regretted that the Management could not give more details on the positions not replaced and in particular their geographical distribution between France and Spain.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Finally, they would have liked the discussions on the One Bank project to also provide an opportunity for better information on the Bank&rsquo;s strategy and its financial performance.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>This is why, even though the simplification and standardization of the IT system are perceived positively, the elected members took note of the conclusion of the information &#8211; consultation procedure but refused to give a clear opinion.
