Suite au refus des autres signataires, l\u2019accord n\u2019a pas abouti.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un contexte de pouss\u00e9e inflationniste, la CFE-CGC souhaite mettre en \u00e9vidence les principaux points de discussion avec la Direction pour cette NAO 2022, \u00e0 savoir&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Une enveloppe d\u2019augmentation individuelle de 4 % de la masse salariale globale&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>La garantie d\u2019une augmentation \u00e0 tous les salari\u00e9s OBS SA cette ann\u00e9e&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>Une \u00ab&nbsp;Prime Exceptionnelle&nbsp;\u00bb qui prenne en compte l\u2019inflation en 2022&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>Une enveloppe d\u00e9di\u00e9e RSE pour encourager les salari\u00e9s \u00e0 s\u2019investir dans un m\u00e9c\u00e9nat environnemental ou social \u00e0 raison de 1 jour par an et par salari\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Des propositions longuement expliqu\u00e9es et d\u00e9fendues aupr\u00e8s de la Direction qui a finalement propos\u00e9 un projet d\u2019accord NAO 2022 am\u00e9lior\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 la version initiale&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<p><strong>La CFE-CGC avait obtenu une revalorisation significative des r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations \u00e0 hauteur de <\/strong><strong>2,85% :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2,6 % d\u2019augmentations individuelles<\/li>\n<li>0,15 % pour les promotions<\/li>\n<li>0,10 % pour l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 Femmes\/Hommes<\/li>\n<li>80&nbsp;000,00 \u20ac de primes exceptionnelles<\/li>\n<li>Des engagements significatifs sur la Responsabilit\u00e9 Soci\u00e9tale de l\u2019Entreprise : mise en \u0153uvre de 4 \u00e0 5 sessions digitales sur la RSE et int\u00e9gration d\u2019un volet RSE dans les s\u00e9minaires d\u2019\u00e9quipe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>525&nbsp;000 \u20ac d\u2019augmentations en moins&nbsp;: le co\u00fbt du d\u00e9saccord&nbsp;!<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019accord n\u2019est pas au niveau de nos revendications, mais la CFE-CGC a pris ses responsabilit\u00e9s en le signant pour donner un coup de pouce \u00e0 notre r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les autres organisations syndicales ne nous ont pas suivi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ce refus impactera l\u2019enveloppe d\u2019augmentation individuelle qui passe de 2,6 % \u00e0 2,3 %.
